Claims (2)
- 穀物胚芽又は穀物胚芽を含む穀粉が原料であって、
該原料を加湿する加湿工程と、
加湿工程後の原料を、乾燥する乾燥工程とを含み、
前記加湿工程では、温度が60℃〜70℃で湿度が90%以上の空気に接触させることで加湿し、前記原料の水分の上昇は、加湿前の水分に比べて3%以下であることを特徴とする前記原料の機能性成分の含有量の増加方法。 - 穀物胚芽又は穀物胚芽を含む穀粉が原料であって、
前記原料を加湿する加湿工程と、
加湿工程後の原料を冷ます放熱工程とを含み、
前記加湿工程では、温度が60℃〜70℃で湿度が90%以上の空気に接触させることで加湿し、前記原料の水分の上昇は、加湿前の水分に比べて3%以下であることを特徴とする前記原料の機能性成分の含有量の増加方法。
