Description
Claims (8)
- スキャナ例えばスキャンニングバーにおける空間的な乱れを識別及び検知する方法であって、
少なくとも1枚のシートを対象に、該シートを支持するプラテンに対してシートの回転向き及び横方向移動位置の組合せを変えて複数回、またその回転向き及び横方向移動位置を区別できるよう、診断スキャンを実行するステップと、
得られた複数個のスキャン結果画像のうち一つに対し各スキャン結果画像を位置合わせすることにより複数個の位置整合画像を生成するステップと、
それら位置整合画像を平均化することにより診断スキャン対象シートの空間的な乱れを示すマスタ画像を生成するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、スキャン結果画像のうち一つを暫定マスタ画像として選択し、その暫定マスタ画像と別のスキャン結果画像の間で画像特徴部分位置差が最小になるよう変換内容を決め、その内容による変換を当該別のスキャン結果画像のラスタに対し適用することにより、上記スキャン結果画像間位置合わせを実行する方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法であって、更に、
マスタ画像を各位置整合画像に対し位置合わせすることにより位置整合マスタ画像を生成するステップと、
位置整合マスタ画像を各位置整合画像と比較することによりそのスキャナの誤差画像を生成し更にその誤差画像内の乱れを検知するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、スキャン結果画像毎に且つ各列に沿って誤差画像の画素平均値を算出することにより、ファーストスキャン方向に沿った誤差平均化走査線を位置整合画像毎に1本ずつ生成し、それを更に解析して位置整合画像毎のばらつきを複数個の位置整合画像に共通するトレンドから分離することにより、上記誤差画像内乱れ検知を実行する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、上記スキャニングバーは複数のセンシングチップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、上記複数回の診断スキャンが実行されるシートの回転向き及び横方向移動位置ではシートが部分的に重複する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、上記シートの横方向移動位置では上記スキャナの幅の(整数+1/2)倍だけ上記シートを移動させる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、上記シートの回転向きでは90°の倍数で上記シートを回転させる、方法。
