Claims (4)
- 接続部(102)を有する接続装置(100)で使用されるよう構成された供給デバイス(104)であって、
該供給デバイスは、
前記接続部の接続領域(106)に近接して配置されるよう構成されたフレーム(206)と、
該フレームに摺動可能に実装された供給部搬送体であって、端子供給方向に沿って前進位置まで移動可能である供給部搬送体(204)と、
前記フレームに実装されていると共に前記供給部搬送体に結合されている電気アクチュエータであって、前記接続領域に端子(110)を配置するために、前記供給部搬送体を前記端子供給方向に沿って前記前進位置まで駆動する電気アクチュエータ(200)と
を具備し、
前記供給デバイスはコントローラ(203)をさらに具備し、
該コントローラは、前記電気アクチュエータの作動を制御するようプログラム可能であり、
前記アクチュエータは、運動輪郭を制御し、
前記運動輪郭は、一定の供給位置を与えるように、前記供給部搬送体の開始位置、停止位置、速度、加速及び減速を制御することを特徴とする供給デバイス。 - 前記供給デバイスは、前記端子及び端子用キャリアストリップの一方と係合するよう構成された端子供給部材(270)をさらに具備し、
該端子供給部材は、前記供給部搬送体により搬送され、
前記端子供給部材は、前記供給部搬送体204が前記端子供給方向に沿って移動すると、前記接続領域に向かって前記端子を前進させるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給デバイス。 - 前記供給デバイスは、前記電気アクチュエータに結合された送りねじ(202)をさらに具備し、
前記供給部搬送体は、前記電気アクチュエータが前記送りねじを回転させると、前記供給部搬送体が前記端子供給方向に沿って直線的に移動するように、前記送りねじと螺合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給デバイス。 - 前記供給デバイスは、
前記電気アクチュエータの作動を制御するコントローラ(203)と、
前記供給部搬送体の位置を決定するセンサ(316)とを具備し、
前記コントローラは、前記供給部搬送体の位置に基づいて前記電気アクチュエータを作動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給デバイス。
