Description
G−O−(R−O)n −G
表1に示した割合で、2官能脂肪族アルコールエーテル型エポキシ樹脂(エポキシ樹脂A)と多官能フェノール型エポキシ樹脂(エポキシ樹脂B)とを混合した。この混合樹脂に、混合樹脂中の全エポキシ基とフェノール樹脂のフェノール性水酸基の当量比が1.0になるようにノボラック型フェノール樹脂(硬化剤)を加え、また、2エチル4メチルイミダゾール(硬化促進剤)を混合樹脂100重量部に対し1重量部の割合で添加してメチルエチルケトンに溶解して樹脂溶液を作製した。
JIS R1601により室温における曲げ強度を測定。
(2)破断歪み(%);
JIS R1601により室温における破断歪みを測定。
(3)固有抵抗(mΩ・cm);
JIS C2525により測定。
(4)接触抵抗(mΩ・cm2);
テストピース同士を1MPaの圧力で接触させながら、通電量1Aで測定。
(5)ガス透過係数(mol・m・m−2・sec−1・MPa−1);
窒素ガスにより、0.2MPaの差圧をかけた時の単位時間、単位断面積当たりの
ガス透過量を測定。
Claims (2)
- 2官能脂肪族アルコールエーテル型エポキシ樹脂としてポリオキシテトラメチレングリコール型エポキシ樹脂40重量%以上70重量%以下と残り多官能フェノール型エポキシ樹脂の混合樹脂、および、フェノール樹脂硬化剤、硬化促進剤を必須成分として含む結合材により、炭素粉末が結着された炭素/樹脂硬化成形体からなることを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータ材。
- 2官能脂肪族アルコールエーテル型エポキシ樹脂としてポリオキシテトラメチレングリコール型エポキシ樹脂40重量%以上70重量%以下と残り多官能フェノール型エポキシ樹脂の混合樹脂と、フェノール樹脂硬化剤、硬化促進剤とを有機溶剤に溶解した樹脂溶液と炭素粉末を混練した後、有機溶剤を揮散除去し、次いで混練物を粉砕して得られた成形粉を予備成形型に充填し、上型を載せて1〜10MPaに加圧して予備成形したプリフォームを成形型に装入し、圧力20〜50MPa、温度150〜250℃で熱圧成形することを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータ材の製造方法。
