Claims (4)
- 熱電材料からなる熱電材料層、前記熱電材料層上に設けられた一対の電極、及び、前記熱電材料層上に前記一対の電極のうちの一方の電極側に偏在して設けられた、水素による反応を触媒する触媒層を有するセンサ部と、
前記一対の電極間に発生した電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記電圧測定部と並列に接続されており、前記一対の電極間に電流を供給する電源部と、
を備え、
前記センサ部における前記触媒層は、前記電極を被覆しないように設けられている、ことを特徴とする水素ガスセンサ。 - 前記電源部による電流の供給を所定のタイミングで行う制御部を有する、請求項1記載の水素ガスセンサ。
- 前記制御部は、前記電源部による電流の供給と、前記電圧測定部による電圧の測定と、を切り替えるものである、ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の水素ガスセンサ。
- 前記触媒層は、触媒担持層に触媒材を担持させた構成を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水素ガスセンサ。
