Claims (5)
- 銅71.5質量%〜62.0質量%と不可避不純物とを除き残部が亜鉛とからなるα黄銅において、
引張り強さが451MPa〜519MPaであり、エリクセン値が8.5以上という成形加工性を備え、且つ、優れた耐応力腐食割れ性能を備えたことを特徴とした硬質α黄銅。 - 平均結晶粒径が1μm〜2μmである請求項1に記載の硬質α黄銅。
- 任意の粒径のα黄銅板材を、83%以上の加工率で冷間圧延加工した後、最終的な再結晶焼鈍処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の硬質α黄銅の製造方法。
- 平均結晶粒径を1μm〜2μmに調整したα黄銅板材を、20%〜82%の加工率で冷間圧延加工した後、最終的な再結晶焼鈍処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の硬質α黄銅の製造方法。
- 平均結晶粒径を3μm〜6μmに調整したα黄銅板材を、70%〜82%の加工率で冷間圧延加工した後、最終的な再結晶焼鈍処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の硬質α黄銅の製造方法。
