Description
Claims (31)
- 熔接トーチ(10)の位置が決定される熔接トーチ(10)を用いる熔接方法であって、
信号(34)が、送信機(33)によって発せられて、当該信号は、前記熔接トーチ(10)に一体化したか又は付随した少なくとも一つのセンサ(36)によって受信されて、
受信された測定データは、評価ユニット(40)に送信され、当該評価ユニット(40)は三次元空間における前記熔接トーチ(10)の位置に対する値を決定し、
三次元位置の値に加えて、前記熔接トーチ(10)で行なわれた熔接プロセスに対する連関した熔接パラメータが、同じ種類の後の熔接プロセスに対する参照値として記憶され且つ使用されることを特徴とする熔接方法。 - 前記受信された測定データ及び/又は前記熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置に対する決定された値が記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熔接方法。
- 前記熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置に対する値が、熔接トーチ(10)で行なわれた熔接プロセスの開始時及び終了時で決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熔接方法。
- 前記三次元位置の値に加えて、前記熔接トーチ(10)で行なわれた熔接プロセスの時間が記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記三次元位置の値と連関した時間が、同じ種類の後の熔接プロセスに対する参照値として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記連関した熔接パラメータ及び時間と共に、前記三次元位置に対して決定された値が、保管された参照値と比較されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 熔接品質に関係するデータは、熔接プロセスの間に取得され且つ記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 熔接速度、熔接(32)のシーケンス及び熔接トーチ(10)の作業角度(69)は、熔接プロセスの間に取得され且つ記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熔接方法。
- 熔接プロセスの前記熔接パラメータが、前記決定された三次元位置の値に基づいて自動的に調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置に対して決定された値が、参照値と比較され、且つ聴覚的又は視覚的に熔接トーチ(10)の操作者に示されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 時間の関数として前記決定された三次元位置の値から、前記熔接速度は、確認されるとともに、熔接速度のデフォルト値と比較され、そして、聴覚的又は視覚的に、前記熔接トーチ(10)の操作者に示されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 熔接プロセスの開始が、前記熔接トーチ(10)のデフォルトの三次元位置で許可されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置が、溶接プロセスがスタートする前の熔接装置(1)で決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記熔接トーチ(10)の操作者の作業服に一体化された少なくとも一つのセンサ(43)の測定データが、評価ユニット(40)に送信されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記参照値及び前記熔接パラメータは、前記熔接トーチ(10)に設けられたメモリ(48)に記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記参照値に加えて、同じ種類の被加工物(16)に対する参照値を同定するための識別名が記憶されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 前記熔接トーチ(10)で行なわれた熔接プロセスの間の時間が検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至16のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 熔接プロセスの熔接速度を計算するために、熔接プロセスの間に決定された前記三次元位置の値及び前記連関した時間が、前記熔接装置(1)の制御装置(4)に送信されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の熔接方法。
- 前記三次元空間における、前記送信機(33)と参照点との間の距離が調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至18のいずれか一つに記載の熔接方法。
- 熔接装置(1)と、ホースパック(23)を介して接続可能な熔接トーチ(10)と、を含む熔接システムであって、
前記熔接トーチ(10)の位置を決定するためのデバイスが設けられており、
三次元空間における前記熔接トーチ(10)の位置を決定するために、少なくとも一つの送信機(33)及び少なくとも一つのセンサ(36)は、前記熔接トーチ(10)に配置されるか付随しており、
前記センサ(36)によって取得した測定データを介して前記熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置の値の決定を可能にするために、当該センサ(36)は評価ユニット(40)と接続されていて、
前記熔接トーチ(10)で行なわれた熔接プロセスに対する連関した熔接パラメータだけでなく、前記熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置に対して決定された値も記憶するためのメモリ(48)が、前記熔接トーチ(10)に設けられていることを特徴とする熔接システム。 - コイル、無線基地、レーダー基地又は衛星のような移動可能である送信機(33)によって、送信機(33)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の熔接システム。
- 前記位置決定デバイスの送信機(33)は、前記熔接トーチ(10)の熔接プロセスの領域(27)に磁界を生成するための少なくとも一つのコイルを備えて、コイルによって生成された磁界を検出するための少なくとも一つのセンサ(36)が、前記熔接トーチ(10)に配置されるか付随していることを特徴とする、請求項20又は21に記載の熔接システム。
- 前記熔接トーチ(10)に一体化されるか又は付随しているセンサ(36,37,38)を介して、いくつかの熔接トーチ(10)の三次元位置を決定することができるように、前記送信機(33)がいくつかの熔接プロセス領域(27)及びいくつかの熔接トーチ(10)をカバーすることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至22のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
- 熔接プロセス領域(27)のそれぞれにおいては、三次元空間における参照ポイント(62)が割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
- 前記センサ(36)が磁気抵抗センサ(36)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至24のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
- 生成された妨害磁界をフィルタするためのデバイス(39)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至25のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
- 前記決定された三次元位置又は参照位置からの偏りを聴覚的及び/又は視覚的に表示するためのディスプレイ装置が、実行されるべき調整措置を推進するために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至26のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置が、熔接工の作業服に一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項27に記載の熔接システム。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置が、熔接工の熔接ヘルメットに一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項27に記載の熔接システム。
- 少なくとも一つのセンサ(36)が、熔接工の作業服に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至29のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
- 少なくとも一つのセンサ(36)が、熔接工のリストバンドあるいは手袋に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項20乃至29のいずれか一つに記載の熔接システム。
