図3は、前分配器を備えた本発明による分配装置の有利な実施例を示す機器の縦断面図であり;
図4は、前分配器として働く第2の分配プレートの択一的な別の実施例を示す概略図である。
Claims (8)
- 複数の接触管(9)を備えた管群反応器(2)であって、接触管(9)が管板(10)に溶接固定されていて、管群反応器(2)の円筒状の部分内に配置されており、該円筒状の部分の下端部と上端部とがそれぞれフード(3)によって閉鎖されており、気液相混合物が、下側のフード(3)に設けられた供給開口(4)を介して供給されて、上側のフード(3)を介して当該管群反応器(2)から導出されるようになっており、最も下の管板の下方に気液相混合物のための分配装置(1)が配置されており、該分配装置(1)が、管群反応器(2)内に水平に配置された第1の分配プレート(5)を有しており、該第1の分配プレート(5)が、複数の貫通開口(8)を備えた活性面(6)と、下方へ向かって延びる縁部(7)とを備えており、管群反応器(2)内に水平に配置された第1の分配プレート(5)が、管群反応器(2)の全横断面にわたって延びておらず、該第1の分配プレート(5)の下方に前分配器(15)が設けられており、該前分配器(15)が、供給開口(4)と第1の分配プレート(5)との間の第2の分配プレート(16)を備えており、該第2の分配プレート(16)が、複数の貫通開口(18)を備えた活性面(17)と、下方へ向かって延びる縁部(19)とを有していることを特徴とする管群反応器。
- 第1の分配プレート(5)が、円形または多角形の横断面を有している、請求項1記載の管群反応器。
- 第1の分配プレート(5)の下方に、ギザ歯状の縁範囲(21)を備えた縁部(19)を有する前分配器(15)が配置されている、請求項1または2記載の管群反応器。
- 前分配器(15)の第2の分配プレート(16)が、第1の分配プレート(5)の相応する開口面積よりも1.5〜3倍だけ大きく形成されている、開口の個数と横断面とから規定された全開口面積を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の管群反応器。
- 第2の分配プレート(16)の縁部(19)が、第2の分配プレート(16)本体に対して90゜よりも大きな角度を持って延びている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の管群反応器。
- 第2の分配プレート(16)本体と前記縁部(19)とに、スリットの形状、孔の形状および/または別の形状を有する貫通開口が配置されている、請求項5記載の管群反応器。
- 第1の分配プレート(5)が、触媒固定層のための保持格子(11)に対して0.01〜0.4mの間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の管群反応器。
- 分配装置(1)の第1の分配プレート(5)の活性面(6)に設けられた貫通開口(8)の個数および配置が、管板(10)における接触管(9)の管配置パターンに相当している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の管群反応器。
