Claims (7)
- 樹脂製の通水導管と該通水導管の外周側に蛇腹状に波付け加工された可撓性金属管を設け、さらにその外周側に樹脂製の防食層を被覆した水底送水管であって、前記通水導管と可撓性金属管との間に樹脂層を介在させ、ファイバー芯線を金属保護管に内挿して構成した光ファイバーケーブルを、管長手方向に延長するように前記樹脂層に埋設し、前記樹脂層の層厚を前記金属保護管の外径よりも大きくした光ファイバーケーブル入り水底送水管。
- 前記光ファイバーケーブルを前記通水導管の周りに同一方向に螺旋状に巻回するように配置した請求項1に記載の光ファイバー入り水底送水管。
- 前記光ファイバーケーブルの螺旋状の巻回角度を、水底送水管の軸方向に対して5°以上30°以下に設定した請求項2に記載の光ファイバー入り水底送水管。
- 前記光ファイバーケーブルを前記通水導管の周りに巻回方向を交互に反転させるように螺旋状に配置した請求項1に記載の光ファイバー入り水底送水管。
- 前記光ファイバーケーブルの配置数を2本にするとともに、前記通水導管の横断面で互いに対向する位置に配置し、かつ互いの配置範囲を非重複にした請求項4に記載の光ファイバーケーブル入り水底送水管。
- 前記樹脂層と可撓性金属管との間に、前記樹脂層側から順に、テープ状布を螺旋状に巻回して形成した緩衝層と、テープ状鉛を前記テープ状布とは反対方向の螺旋状に巻回して形成した重量付加層と、テープ状ステンレス鋼を前記テープ状鉛とは反対方向の螺旋状に巻回して形成した補強層とを積層した請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の光ファイバーケーブル入り水底送水管。
- 前記通水導管と樹脂層との間に互いの密着を防止する密着防止緩衝層を設けた請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の光ファイバーケーブル入り水底送水管。
