Claims (14)
- 合成繊維のロープ(1)を含んだ係留索において、前記合成繊維ロープ(1)が、ロープ心(10)と前記ロープ心(10)の周りに配置された層状のシェル(20)とを備え、前記シェル(20)が編組された外側シェル層(26)を含む、係留索であって、
前記シェル(20)が、径方向に、前記ロープ心(10)と前記外側シェル層(26)との間の高さ(h)にまたがって、水面下浮揚要素(24)を含み、かつ、
前記水面下浮揚要素(24)が、水圧圧潰点が30barよりも大きい発泡材料からなる
ことを特徴とする、係留索。 - 前記浮揚要素(24)が、独立気泡構造の発泡材料からなる、請求項1に記載の係留索。
- 前記浮揚要素が、圧縮強さが310kPaよりも大きく、引張強さが520kPaよりも大きく、せん断強さが280kPaよりも大きい発泡材料からなる、請求項1または2に記載の係留索。
- 前記浮揚要素が、密度が180kg/m3よりも大きい発泡材料からなる、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。
- 前記浮揚要素が長手方向に間隔を空けて配置され、長手方向に連続する浮揚要素間の距離が、前記高さの2倍(2h)より小さく、好ましくは前記高さ(h)よりも小さい、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。
- 長手方向に連続する浮揚要素間の前記距離が、前記高さの4分の1(h/4)よりも大きく、好ましくは前記高さの2分の1(h/2)よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の係留索。
- 前記浮揚要素が接線方向に間隔を空けて配置され、接線方向に連続する浮揚要素間の距離が、前記高さの4分の1(h/4)よりも大きく、好ましくは前記高さの2分の1(h/2)よりも大きい、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。
- 連続する浮揚要素間に形成された前記間隔に、空気、水、又は適切な固体材料が充填される、請求項5ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。
- 前記ロープ心(10)が、少なくとも1本のサブロープ(11)を備え、前記少なくとも1本のサブロープ(11)の周りに、内側シェル層(21)が編組され、任意選択で前記ロープ心(10)がさらに、前記少なくとも1本のサブロープ(11)と前記内側シェル層(21)との間に設けられた、不織布又はジオテキスタイルなどのフィルタ材からなる第1のフィルタカバー(12)を備える、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。
- 前記ロープ心(10)と前記内側シェル層(21)とに巻き付けられた、中間シェル層(22)が設けられ、前記中間シェル層(22)がさらに、
前記ロープ心(10)と前記浮揚要素(24)との間に延びる、前記浮揚要素(24)を連結且つ支持するための要素シート(23)を備え、ならびに/または、
前記浮揚要素(24)と前記外側シェル層(26)との間に延びる、不織布又はジオテキスタイルなどのフィルタ材からなる第2のフィルタカバー(25)を備える、請求項9に記載の係留索。 - 前記係留索(1)が、その長さの少なくとも75%にわたって、好ましくはその長さの少なくとも90%にわたって、より好ましくはその長さの少なくとも95%にわたって、ほぼ円筒形になっており、ならびに/または、
前記合成繊維ロープ(1)がほぼ円筒形である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。 - 前記合成繊維ロープ(1)が、前記係留索(1)の長さの少なくとも10%にわたって、好ましくは前記係留索(1)の長さの少なくとも25%にわたって、より好ましくは前記係留索(1)の長さの少なくとも50%にわたって、長手方向に延びる、請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の係留索。
- ロープ心(10)と前記ロープ心(10)の周りに配置された層状のシェル(20)とを備え、前記シェル(20)が編組された外側シェル層(26)を含む、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の、合成繊維のロープであって、
前記シェル(20)が、径方向に、前記ロープ心(10)と前記外側シェル層(26)との間の高さ(h)にまたがって、水面下浮揚要素(24)を含み、かつ、
前記浮揚要素(24)が、水圧圧潰点が30barよりも大きい発泡材料からなる
ことを特徴とする、ほぼ合成繊維のロープ。 - (a)ロープ心(10)を提供するステップと、
(b)例えば布又は織物からなる細長いシース(23)を提供するステップにおいて、前記細長いシース(23)が、前記細長いシースの長手方向に、間隔を空けて配置された水面下浮揚要素(24)を含む、ステップと、
(c)前記細長いシース(23)を、前記ロープ心(10)の周りに巻き付けるステップとを含む、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の係留索または請求項13に記載の合成繊維ロープを製造する方法。
