Claims (4)
- 内面層と、この内面層の外周側に配置された補強層と、この補強層の外周側に配置された外面層とを有するホース本体と、このホース本体の長手方向両端部にそれぞれ連接された連結金具とを有するマリンホースにおいて、
前記内面層の前記連結金具の挿入側端に対して前記ホース本体の長手方向に少なくとも前後100mmの範囲が、物性の異なる複数のゴム層をホース本体の半径方向に積層した積層構造であり、
この積層構造の最内周のゴム層のゴムは、その破断伸びが700%以上750%以下であり、かつ、ISO6722のメソッド2の試験方法において、ISO1817で規定されたIRM901、IRM902およびIRM903のそれぞれに対して40℃で48時間浸漬した後の膨張率が30%超40%以下であり、
前記最内周のゴム層以外の前記内面層を構成するゴム層のゴムは、その破断伸びが550%以上600%以下であり、かつ、ISO6722のメソッド2の試験方法において、ISO1817で規定されたIRM901、IRM902およびIRM903のそれぞれに対して40℃で48時間浸漬した後の膨張率が30%以下であることを特徴とするマリンホース。 - 前記内面層の層厚が3mm以上であり、前記最内周のゴム層の層厚が1mm以上、前記最内周のゴム層以外の前記内面層を構成するゴム層の合計層厚が2mm以上である請求項1に記載のマリンホース。
- 前記内面層が2層構造である請求項1または2に記載のマリンホース。
- 前記積層構造が、前記連結金具の挿入側端に対して前記ホース本体の長手方向に前後100mmの範囲内にのみ配置されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のマリンホース。
