Claims (16)
- 磁極歯(11、12、13)を備えた機械構成部品(2)を有する電気機械用の、機械構成部品に対する相対位置または相対移動を検出するための検出装置(1)であって、U形ヨーク部分(3、30、41)と磁気量を検出するためにヨーク部分(3、30、41)の内部または表面に配置されるセンサ(10、26)とを有するものにおいて、機械構成部品(2)の磁極歯(11、12、13)の1つに対する磁石の位置に依存して、センサ(10、26)によって検出可能な逆向きの磁束をヨーク部分(3、30、41)内で発生するために、ヨーク部分(3、30、41)の一方の自由端に2つの逆向きまたは方向可変の磁石(6〜9、22〜25)が配置されている検出装置。
- センサ(10、26)がホールセンサ、またはヨーク部分の周りに巻回された測定コイルである請求項1記載の検出装置。
- ヨーク部分(3、30、41)の両方の自由端(4、5)にそれぞれ2つの逆向きまたは方向可変の磁石(6〜9、22〜25)が配置されている請求項1または2記載の検出装置。
- ヨーク部分(3、41)の自由端(4、5)の磁石(6〜9)が永久磁石である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の検出装置。
- E形ヨーク(14)が生じるようにヨーク部分に他の脚部が成形されている請求項1、2または4記載の検出装置。
- センサ(10)がE形ヨーク(14)の中央脚部の内部または表面に配置されている請求項5記載の検出装置。
- ヨーク部分(41)の自由端の磁石が検出装置の移動方向(18)で前後に配置されている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の検出装置。
- 磁極歯を備えた機械構成部品(27)を有する電気機械用の、機械構成部品(27)に対する相対位置または相対移動を検出するための検出装置(20)であって、U形ヨーク部分(21)と、ヨーク部分(21)の内部または表面に配置されてヨーク部分(21)内で磁束を発生する磁石機構(26)と、磁気量を検出するためにヨーク部分の内部または表面に配置されるセンサ(22〜25)とを有するものにおいて、センサ(22〜25)がヨーク部分の一方の自由端に2つのセンサ要素を有し、機械構成部品の磁極歯の1つに対するセンサ要素の位置に依存して、より高い電圧をセンサで発生するために、ヨーク部分(21)内で磁束が同じとき前記2つのセンサ要素が当該両センサ要素内にそれぞれ異なる向きの電圧を引き起こす検出装置。
- 両方のセンサ要素がホールセンサまたは測定コイルである請求項8記載の検出装置。
- E形ヨーク(30)が生じるようにヨーク部分に他の脚部が成形されており、前記他の脚部の自由端に同様に前記種類の2つのセンサ要素(32、33)が配置されている請求項8または9記載の検出装置。
- ヨーク部分(21)の両方の自由端側脚部にそれぞれ2つの前記センサ要素が配置されている請求項8ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の検出装置。
- 磁極歯を備えた機械構成部品(2)を有する電気機械用の、機械構成部品に対する相対位置または相対移動を検出するための検出装置であって、移動方向(18)を横切って対称に2つのヨーク部分(15、16)に分割されたE形ヨークと、両方のヨーク部分(15、16)の間に配置されるセンサ(10)と、両方のヨーク部分の末端に配置されて向きを有するまたは方向可変の磁石(19)とを有する検出装置。
- センサ(10)がホールセンサ、またはヨーク部分の周りに巻回された測定コイルである請求項12記載の検出装置。
- 両方のヨーク部分(15、16)の末端の磁石(19)が永久磁石である請求項12または13記載の検出装置。
- 請求項1ないし14のいずれか1つに記載の検出装置(1、20)を有する電気機械。
- リニアモータとして形成された電気機械であって、磁極歯を有する機械構成部品(2、27)が二次部品に一致し、検出装置(1、20)が一次部品に固着されている、または一次部品の一部である請求項15記載の電気機械。
