(実施例1〜10、比較例1〜5)
表1に示す配合比率の配合組成物の各成分を、水分率100ppm以下に乾燥した後、ドライブレンドし、二軸押出機(日本製鋼所(株)製、TEX44)に供給し、バレル設定温度260℃で溶融混練し、ペレット化した。そして、水分率100ppm以下に乾燥させた前記ペレットを、溶融紡糸機(シンコーマシナリー(株)製、SV30)に供給し、バレル設定温度260℃で扁平比が1.4:1の繭形断面ノズル孔を有する紡糸口金より溶融ポリマーを吐出し、20℃の冷却風により空冷し、100m/分の速度で巻き取って未延伸糸を得た。そして前記未延伸糸を、75℃に加熱したヒートロールを用いて3.5倍に延伸し、180℃に加熱したヒートロールで熱処理し、30m/分の速度で巻き取り、単繊維繊度が60dtex前後のポリエステル系繊維(マルチフィラメント)を得た。
(触感)
人毛との比較で官能評価を行い、4段階で評価した。
○:人毛に似た柔らかな風合い
△:人毛に比べやや硬い風合い
×:人毛に比べ硬い風合い
(くし通り)
長さ30cm、総繊度10万dtexのトウフィラメントに繊維表面処理剤を付着させる。処理されたトウフィラメントにくし(デルリン樹脂製)を通し、くしの通り易さを評価した。
○:ほとんど抵抗ない(軽い)
△:若干抵抗がある(重い)
×:かなり抵抗がある、または、途中で引っかかる。
(光沢)
長さ30cm、総繊度10万dtexのトウフィラメントを太陽光のもと、目視により、以下の基準で評価した。
○:対比して注意深く比較した場合に、人毛よりも光沢が多い、または、少ないと判断できる光沢
△:対比して通常の注意力で比較した場合に、人毛よりも光沢が多い、または、少ない
と判断できる光沢
×:対比を要することなく、明らかに人毛よりも光沢が多すぎる、または、少なすぎる
と判断できる光沢
(発色性)
長さ30cm、総繊度10万dtexのトウフィラメントを太陽光のもと、目視により、以下の基準で評価した。
○:若干不透明感があるが、色の深み(鮮やかさ)は低下していない
△:不透明感(曇り)があり、若干色の深み(鮮やかさ)が低下している
×:不透明感があり、色の深みがない
繊維束を蓑毛にし、これを直径60mmφのパイプに巻いて、120℃でスチームセットしてカールを付与し、カールの付いた蓑毛をヘアキャップに縫い付けてショートボブスタイルのウィッグを作製し、専門美容師により、毛先カール保持性、カールの安定性、中間部のストレート性、スタイルの順応性、商品の触感およびくし通りを評価した。
(毛先カール保持性)
スタイルに必要なカールを毛先に付与した時にその形状を維持し、また、霧吹きなどで水分を十分に吸収させ後、乾燥しても、その形状を維持している時を○、そうでないときを×とした。
(カールの安定性)
商品を実用的な範囲で振り、その際にスタイルが維持している時を○、そうでない時を×とした。
(中間部のストレート性)
スタイルに不要な中間部のカールの出現が抑えられている時を○、そうでない時を×とした。
(スタイルの順応性)
ヘアアイロンを用いて、フォワード巻き、フォワード縦巻き、リバース巻き、リバース・フォワード・フリップ(外はね)のスタイルセットをし、そのカール形状が安定な場合を○、不安定な場合を×とした。
長さ30cm、総繊度5万dtexの繊維束を、高圧滅菌装置(平山製作所(株)製)内に入れて密閉し、スチームを発生させて120℃に昇温した。120℃に到達してから1時間経過後に繊維束を取り出し、80℃の熱風乾燥機で30分間乾燥し、専門美容師の目視により、変色の程度を処理前の繊維束と比較して以下の基準により評価した。
○:注意深く対比して比較することにより白化したことが確認できる
△:対比して比較することにより白化が確認できる
×:対比して比較しなくとも白化したことが明らかである。
得られたフィラメントを150mmの長さに切断した。そして、前記フィラメント0.7g分を束ね、一方の端をクランプで挟んでスタンドに有効長120mmになるように固定して垂直に垂らした。前記固定したフィラメントに20mmの炎を3秒間接炎し、火炎を遠ざけた後の燃焼時間を測定し、以下の基準により判定した。
○:1秒〜5秒未満
△:5秒〜8秒未満
×:8秒以上。
(強度および伸度)
引張圧縮試験機(インテスコ社製、INTESCO Model201型)を用いて、フィラメントの引張強伸度を測定した。長さ40mmのフィラメント1本をとり、フィラメントの両端10mmを、接着剤を糊付けした両面テープを貼り付けた台紙(薄紙)で挟み、一晩風乾させて、長さ20mmの試料を作製した。そして、前記試験機に試料を装着し、温度24℃、湿度80%以下、引張速度20mm/分で試験を行ない、破断時の引張強度および伸度を測定した。なお、測定はN=10で行い、その平均値を求めた。
走査型電子顕微鏡(日立製作所(株)製、S−3500N)を用い、倍率1万倍で人工毛髪の断面に分散した粒子の分散状態を撮影した。断面観察のための試料は、液体窒素を用いて凍結割断して調整した。なお、数平均粒子径は、画像解析装置(インタークエスト社製、PIAS III)により、分散粒子の形状を円形近似処理して算出した。
Claims (7)
- アルキレンテレフタレート単位を主構成単位とするポリエステル(A)100質量部に対して、コア−シェル型グラフト重合体(B)0.5〜9.0質量部を含有するポリエステル系人工毛髪。
- 前記コア−シェル型グラフト重合体(B)が、(e−1)ブタジエンおよび/またはアルキルアクリレート単量体35〜100質量%、(e−2)芳香族ビニル単量体0〜65質量%、(e−3)これらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0〜20質量%、および(e−4)多官能性単量体0〜5質量%を含有する単量体混合物(e)からなり、ガラス転移温度が0℃以下であるゴム状重合体(e')50〜95質量部をコア層として含有し、(f−1)アルキルメタクリレート単量体10〜100質量%、(f−2)アルキルアクリレート単量体0〜60質量%、(f−3)芳香族ビニル単量体0〜90質量%、(f−4)シアン化ビニル単量体0〜25質量%、および(f−5)これらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0〜20質量%含有する単量体混合物(f)からなる重合体(f')5〜50質量部をシェル層として含有するコア−シェル型グラフト重合体である請求項1に記載の人工毛髪。
- 前記人工毛髪が、エポキシ基を含有するポリエステル用増粘剤(C)を含有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の人工毛髪。
- 前記エポキシ基を含有するポリエステル用増粘剤(C)が、エポキシ基含有アルキル(メタ)アクリレート(g)15〜95質量%、その他のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(h)5〜85質量%、これらと共重合可能なその他のビニル単量体(i)0〜80質量%からなる質量平均分子量1000〜40万の共重合体である請求項3に記載の人工毛髪。
- 前記人工毛髪が、リン含有難燃剤および/または臭素含有難燃剤(D)を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の人工毛髪。
- 前記ポリエステル(A)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレートおよびポリブチレンテレフタレートから選ばれる少なくとも1種のポリマーを含有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の人工毛髪。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の人工毛髪からなる頭飾製品。
