Claims (1)
- 有限要素法を用いて電気炉の側壁をモデル化し、炉内から炉外への熱流量と炉壁煉瓦実測温度から非定常伝熱解析を行い、得られた解析結果から側壁のスラグコーチング厚みを推定する方法において、有限要素モデルにおけるスラグコーチング部分の物性値を、スラグ融点温度以上なら溶融スラグ、スラグ融点温度未満なら固化スラグとして取り扱い、熔融スラグ部分の比熱を0kJ/kg・℃と設定し、エンタルピーを一定とすることで、熔融スラグ部分の熱通過への影響を無くして、熔融スラグと固化スラグとの境となる面が常時熱負荷を受ける面となることを特徴とする非定常伝熱解析による電気炉スラグコーチング厚みの推定方法。
