Description
走査光学装置を備える画像形成装置において、
前記走査光学装置が載置される載置面を備える載置台と、
前記走査光学装置を前記載置台上に固定するために、前記装置本体に設けられ、弾性的に変形して前記走査光学装置に押し当る、または前記走査光学装置に設けられ、弾性的に変形して前記画像形成装置の装置本体に押し当る板バネ部材と、前記装置本体または前記走査光学装置に押し当たることによって弾性変形した前記板バネ部材によって圧縮される緩衝部材とを有し、
前記板バネ部材は所定の方向に沿った断面が略U字の断面形状或いは楕円環形状或いは円環形状をしており、前記緩衝部材は前記板バネ部材の対向する内側の面の一方に取り付けられることを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 走査光学装置を備える画像形成装置において、
前記走査光学装置が載置される載置面を備える載置台と、
前記走査光学装置を前記載置台上に固定するために、前記装置本体に設けられ、弾性的に変形して前記走査光学装置に押し当る、または前記走査光学装置に設けられ、弾性的に変形して前記画像形成装置の装置本体に押し当る板バネ部材と、前記装置本体または前記走査光学装置に押し当たることによって弾性変形した前記板バネ部材によって圧縮される緩衝部材とを有し、
前記板バネ部材は所定の方向に沿った断面が略U字の断面形状或いは楕円環形状或いは円環形状をしており、前記緩衝部材は前記板バネ部材の対向する内側の面の一方に取り付けられることを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - 前記板バネ部材は、前記載置面に対して略垂直方向において前記走査光学装置または前記装置本体に弾性的に押し当ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記走査光学装置は前記走査光学装置を前記装置本体に対して挿入することによって前記載置台に載置され、前記板バネ部材は前記走査光学装置を前記装置本体に挿入する際の挿入方向の前記走査光学装置の先端部に設けられ、前記所定の方向は前記挿入方向であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記緩衝部材は反発弾性が5%以下の材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記板バネ部材と前記緩衝部材は前記走査光学装置又は前記装置本体のいずれか一方に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記緩衝部材はゴム部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の画像形成装置。
