Claims (2)
- 排水処理槽に酸素を供給する酸素供給手段を制御して、前記排水処理槽における溶存酸素量を目標値に制御するための溶存酸素量制御装置であって、
設定された溶存酸素量設定値に基づいて、前記酸素供給手段を制御するための基準設定値を求める基準設定値取得手段と、
前記溶存酸素量設定値と検出された溶存酸素量検出値との偏差を求める偏差取得手段と、
前記偏差の絶対値を積分した積分絶対値を求める積分絶対値取得手段と、
前記偏差及び前記積分絶対値に基づいて、前記基準設定値を補正する補正値を求める補正手段と、
前記基準設定値及び前記補正値に基づいて、前記酸素供給手段を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記補正手段は、前記積分絶対値が所定値のときに、前記偏差を用いて前記補正値を変更することを特徴とする溶存酸素量制御装置。 - 前記偏差を積分した積分値を求める積分値取得手段と、
前記溶存酸素量検出値が前記目標値に達する前の所定値のときに、前記積分値に基づいて、前記補正値の補正度合いを小さくするように前記補正値を変更する予測制御手段と、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶存酸素量制御装置。
