Description
隔壁塔を用いる一段階の蒸留は、図1において説明される本発明の実施態様に従って実施した。比表面積500m2/m3を有する織物充填物を隔壁塔中での物質交換要素として使用した。液体40質量%を前分留帯域に及び60質量%を主分留帯域に導入した。精留帯域及び回収帯域は、それぞれ8の分離段を有し、前分留帯域は頂部で12の分離段及び底部で14の分離段を有し、主分留帯域は頂部で16の分離段を有し、かつ底部で14の分離段を有し、その場合に頂部及び底部での分離段は、ここで及び以下で、前分留帯域におけるフィード流の供給点よりも上方及び下方の又は主分留帯域中の側流取出点よりも上方及び下方の分離段を意味する。頂部圧力は6mbarであった。留出物取出点での還流比は56:1であり、側流取出点での還流比は3.7:1であった。
隔壁塔を用いる一段階の蒸留を、図1において説明される本発明の実施態様のそれに類似する方法で実施した。500m2/m3の比表面積を有する織物充填物を隔壁塔における物質交換要素として使用した。液体50質量%を前分留帯域に及び50質量%を主分留帯域に導入した。精留帯域及び回収帯域はそれぞれ8の分離段を有し、前分留帯域は頂部で12の分離段を有し、かつ底部で14の分離段を有し、主分留帯域は頂部で16の分離段を有し、中央部で12の分離段及び底部で2の分離段を有していた。頂部圧力は6mbarであった。留出物取出点での還流比は72:1であり、上部の側流取出点での還流比は8.2:1であり、下部の側流取出点での還流比は3.9:1であった。上部の側流を主分留帯域において16番目の段の後に取り出した。下部の側流を主分留帯域において28番目の段の後に取り出した。頂部圧力は6mbarであった。留出物取出点での還流比は75:1であり、上部の側流取出点での還流比は9.3:1であり、下部の側流取出点での還流比は4.0:1であった。
Claims (2)
- 極めて僅かな2,2′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを含有する2,4′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを製造する方法において、2,2′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン、2,4′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン及び4,4′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタンを含んでなるジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン類の異性体出発混合物を隔壁塔中で蒸留する前記方法であって、
隔壁塔中の側流中で、2,4′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン95〜98質量%、4,4′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン15質量%まで及び2,2′−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン0.2質量%までを含んでなる混合物が取り出され、
頂部中の環流比が30〜90の範囲に調節され、その際、頂部流はフィード流に対して2〜12質量%の量であり、
かつ、底部流はフィード流の40〜60質量%の量であることを特徴とする方法。 - 蒸留を二段階で実施し、隔壁塔を第二段階において使用し、かつ隔壁塔中で蒸留される出発混合物が第一段階の頂部流からの留出物である、請求項1記載の方法。
