Claims (13)
- ハウジング上面が蓋(14)によって閉鎖され、ハウジング下面が蓄電池へ導かれる軸方向ガス抜きチャンネルである開口(42)を有し、前記開口(42)が弾性密封要素(38)によって閉鎖された半径方向ガス抜き導管を介して蓋(14)に設けられた少なくとも一つのベント(46)と連通しているハウジング(26)から成り、前記弾性密封要素(38)が予圧された逆止要素であり、その弾性密封要素の内面がそれ自体の弾性により、更に前記弾性密封要素(38)の外面に前記ベント(46)を介して作用する外圧の増加によって前記ハウジング(26)に設けられたシート(36)と密封接触するよう推進されていて、蓄電池のアクセス口に据え付けられるガス逃がし弁において、前記予圧された弾性密封要素(38)は環状カラー即ちO−リングであって、そのリングのためのシート(36)がハウジング(26)に設けられた軸方向ガス抜きチャンネル(42)と連通する半径方向ガス抜き導管(40)の外端に形成されていることを特徴とするガス逃がし弁。
- 前記シート(36)が環状溝の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 前記半径方向ガス抜き導管(40)がハウジング(26)に固定された蓋(14)の下面(28)とハウジング(26)の内壁(66)の対向上面の間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 前記軸方向ガス抜きチャンネル(42)が蓋(14)の下面(28)から軸方向に突き出す突出部(50)或いは中央ステム(68)と蓄電池へ導かれるハウジング(26)の円筒状開口(42)端部との間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 前記ステム(68)の円筒状外面が軸方向溝(70)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 前記蓋(14)が軸方向においてしなうことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 蓋(14)に設けられたベント(46)は部分的重なり配列を有するアーク形状スリットであって、蓋(14)の剛性が蓋の軸方向において弱められていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 予圧された弾性密封要素(38)がハウジング(26)にしっかりと固定された柔軟な管状スカートであって、前記管状スカートの上方延長内面(82)が蓋(14)の下面から突き出す円筒状要素(84)の外面のシート(36)に密封緊密接合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 蓋(14)がハウジング(26)の一体部品を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- ハウジング上面が蓋(14)によって閉鎖され、ハウジング下面が蓄電池へ導かれる軸方向ガス抜きチャンネルである開口(42)を有し、前記開口(42)が弾性密封要素(38)によって閉鎖された半径方向ガス抜き導管を介して蓋(14)に設けられた少なくとも一つのベント(46)と連通しているハウジング(26)から成り、前記弾性密封要素(38)が予圧された逆止要素であり、その弾性密封要素の内面がそれ自体の弾性により、更に前記弾性密封要素(38)の外面に前記ベント(46)を介して作用する外圧の増加によって前記ハウジング(26)に設けられたシート(36)と密封接触するよう推進されていて、蓄電池のアクセス口に据え付けられるガス逃がし弁において、前記予圧された弾性密封要素(38)は厚い中央部分(72)とその密封要素のシート(36)に静止する柔軟な環状外縁(74)とを有する円形円板であって、このシートはハウジング(26)の内壁により設けられた環状支持体(76)の形態であることを特徴とするガス逃がし弁。
- 環状支持体(76)はハウジング(26)に設けられた軸方向ガス抜きチャンネル(42)へ傾斜する半径方向内方に傾斜した隆起(80)へ向かうことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 円形円板(38)はハウジング(26)の内壁(66)から半径方向に突き出す突起(78)によって円形円板の心合せした位置に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項10或いは請求項11に記載のガス逃がし弁。
- 蓋(14)と円形円板(38)の間の間隔は区画要素(88)によってベント(46)と連通している上室(90)と少なくとも一つの横方向ダクト(94)によって上室(90)と連通している下室(92)とに分割され、前記区画要素(88)は下柔軟ダイアグラム(98)によって閉鎖された定圧内室(100)を有し、そのダイアグラムの中心が円形円板(38)の中央部分(72)に作用することを特徴とする請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のガス逃がし弁。
