Claims (3)
- タイヤコードの取付けヘッドに用いられる切断機構であって、
ハウジングと、タイヤの環状面にコードを取付ける取付け末端部まで該ハウジングを通って延びるコード送出経路と、該取付け末端部に設けられた取付け組立体と、を備えた取付けヘッドと、
前記ハウジング内に収納され、往復移動するプランジャ本体と、
少なくとも1つの切断縁部によって少なくとも部分的に定められ前記コード送出経路と一致し前記コード送出経路を通る前記コードの中間部を受け入れる横方向ボアを備えており、前記コードの前記中間部を横切って切断する第1の位置と前記コードに対してそれを切断しない位置関係にある第2の位置との間を往復回転移動するように前記ハウジング内の前記コード送出経路の中間部に取付けられた切断部材と、を有し、
前記コードは前記コード送出経路に沿って前記横方向ボアを通って前記取付け末端部まで直線状に延びており、
前記プランジャ本体は、該プランジャ本体の往復移動を前記切断部材の回転運動に変換するように前記切断部材に連結されている、
ことを特徴とする切断機構。 - 前記プランジャ本体の前記往復移動を前記切断部材の前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間の往復回転移動に変換するように、該プランジャ本体を該切断部材に連結するリンク機構を有する、請求項1に記載の切断機構。
- 前記コードを切断後に前記コードの自由端を前記コード送出経路に通して前記取付け末端部まで送る送出手段を有し、
前記送出手段は、前記コードの切断後に圧縮空気流を前記コード送出経路内の前記コードに沿って送るように位置した空気取入れ口を有する、請求項1に記載の切断機構。
