Abstract
【解決手段】対向する2つの側面と該側面の間に設けられたクラウン領域204とを有し、各側面はビード領域198とサイドウォール領域200とショルダ領域202とを備えたタイヤに用いられるコードプライ206,208の構成は、互いに間隔をおいた一連の単線からなるコード経路190A,190Bを有し、各単線はタイヤの始端側側面からクラウン領域を横切り反対側の終端側側面まで延び、コード経路は終端側側面でループ196を形成して始端側側面に戻り、一連の単線からなるコード経路は全体で一つの完全なコードプライ層を形成し、各コード経路のタイヤの中心線に対する角度αは、タイヤトレッドの中心線の所では小さく始端側側面に向かって大きくなるように、始端側側面から終端側側面にかけて変化している。

Claims (3)
- 対向する2つの側面と該側面の間に設けられたクラウン領域とを有し、各側面はビード領域とサイドウォール領域とショルダ領域とを備えたタイヤに用いられるコードプライの構成であって、
互いに間隔をおいた一連の単線からなるコード経路を有し、各単線はタイヤの始端側側面から前記クラウン領域を横切り反対側の終端側側面まで延び、前記コード経路は該終端側側面でループを形成して該始端側側面に戻り、該一連の単線からなるコード経路は全体で一つの完全なコードプライ層を形成し、
各コード経路の前記タイヤの中心線に対する角度は、タイヤトレッドの中心線の所では小さく前記始端側側面に向かって大きくなるように、前記始端側側面から前記終端側側面にかけて変化している、
ことを特徴とする、コードプライの構成。 - 各コード経路は前記始端側側面から前記終端側側面に向けて実質的に傾いて延びており、前記コード経路のループはタイヤの前記終端側側面の前記サイドウォール領域に設けられている、請求項1に記載のコード緊張機構。
- 前記コード経路のループはタイヤの前記終端側側面の前記ショルダ領域に設けられている、請求項1に記載のコードプライの構成。
