Description
内燃機関の排気通路へ尿素水を噴射する尿素水噴射弁であって、
尿素水を噴射する複数の噴孔が同心円上に形成されるとともに、前記噴孔に通じる尿素水通路が内部に形成されたボディ部材と、
前記ボディ部材に形成された円環形状のシート部に着座離座することで前記尿素水通路を開閉するニードルと、
を備え、
前記シート部の直径であるシート径(Ds)と、前記同心円の直径であるピッチ径(Dp)との比率(Ds/Dp)を、1.3<Ds/Dp<2.5としたことを特徴とする。
内燃機関の排気通路へ尿素水を噴射する尿素水噴射弁であって、
尿素水を噴射する複数の噴孔が同心円上に形成されるとともに、前記噴孔に通じる尿素水通路が内部に形成されたボディ部材と、
前記ボディ部材に形成された円環形状のシート部に着座離座することで前記尿素水通路を開閉するニードルと、
を備え、
前記噴孔の流出口が流入口よりも前記同心円の径方向外側に位置するよう、前記噴孔は前記ニードルの軸方向に対して傾くテーパ状に形成されており、
前記流出口のうち前記同心円の径方向内側に位置する部分を内側エッジ部(図4中の符号28d参照)と称し、径方向外側に位置する部分を外側エッジ部(図4中の符号28e参照)と称し、前記尿素水通路のうち前記ニードル先端より下流側に位置するとともに前記噴孔の上流側に位置する部分を連通路(図4中の符号25b参照)と称した場合において、
前記外側エッジ部を、前記連通路の内壁面よりも前記同心円の径方向外側に位置させるとともに、前記内側エッジ部を、前記連通路の内壁面よりも前記同心円の径方向内側に位置させることを特徴とする。
上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。また、本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、各実施形態の特徴的構成をそれぞれ任意に組み合わせるようにしてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の排気通路へ尿素水を噴射する尿素水噴射弁であって、
尿素水を噴射する複数の噴孔が同心円上に形成されるとともに、前記噴孔に通じる尿素水通路が内部に形成されたボディ部材と、
前記ボディ部材に形成された円環形状のシート部に着座離座することで前記尿素水通路を開閉するニードルと、
を備え、
前記噴孔の流出口が流入口よりも前記同心円の径方向外側に位置するよう、前記噴孔は前記ニードルの軸方向に対して傾くテーパ状に形成されており、
前記流出口のうち前記同心円の径方向内側に位置する部分を内側エッジ部と称し、径方向外側に位置する部分を外側エッジ部と称し、前記尿素水通路のうち前記ニードル先端より下流側に位置するとともに前記噴孔の上流側に位置する部分を連通路と称した場合において、
前記外側エッジ部を、前記連通路の内壁面よりも前記同心円の径方向外側に位置させるとともに、前記内側エッジ部を、前記連通路の内壁面よりも前記同心円の径方向内側に位置させ、
前記流入口のうち前記同心円の径方向内側に位置する部分を、前記内側エッジ部よりも前記同心円の径方向内側に位置させ、
前記シート部の直径であるシート径(Ds)と、前記同心円の直径であるピッチ径(Dp)との比率(Ds/Dp)を、1.3<Ds/Dp<2.5とし、
前記噴孔からの噴射圧力が1MPa以下の低圧であることを特徴とする尿素水噴射弁。 - 前記噴孔の数を3個以上6個以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の尿素水噴射弁。
- 前記排気通路を内部に形成する排気管には、当該排気管の内壁から排気管径方向の外側に凹む収容室が形成されており、
前記ボディ部材のうち少なくとも前記噴孔が形成されている先端部分は、前記収容室に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の尿素水噴射弁。
