Claims (6)
- 連続鋳造鋳型用冷却板の冷却液流路が、鋳造方向に対して直角の鋳型断面全周の少なくとも50%以上の部分で、鋳造方向軸に対して傾斜し、且つ、一部の冷却液流路が、周期的な波形で蛇行しながら、鋳造方向に1列に並んだスタッドボルトの間を縫うように通過するようにされていることを特徴とする連続鋳造鋳型。
- 請求項1において、前記鋳造方向に1列に並んだスタッドボルトの間を縫うように通過しない冷却液流路も、鋳造方向に沿って周期的な波形で蛇行させたことを特徴とする連続鋳造鋳型。
- 請求項2において、前記冷却液流路の蛇行の周期を、前記スタッドボルトの鋳造方向の配列ピッチの2倍に一致させたことを特徴とする連続鋳造鋳型。
- 請求項3において、前記冷却液流路の蛇行の振幅が、該冷却液流路間の鋳造方向と直角な方向の配設間隔以上であることを特徴とする連続鋳造鋳型。
- 請求項1において、前記冷却液流路と鋳造方向軸のなす傾斜角の最大値が3〜85°であることを特徴とする連続鋳造鋳型。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかを満足する鋳型を使用したことを特徴とする連続鋳造方法。
