Description
もちろん、オイルミスト分離器の上流側に付加的なオイルミスト前置分離器を設け、若しくはオイルミスト分離器の下流側に付加的なオイルミスト後置分離器を設けることも考えられる。オイルミスト前置分離器としては、サイクロンを用いることができ、サイクロンは、ブローバイガスを付加的に浄化するようになっている。サイクロンをオイルミスト後置分離器として用いることも可能である。オイルミスト分離器にはされに別のノズルを設けてあり、別のノズルは所定の負圧で、つまり負圧が所定の値に達した際に開放されるようになっている。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関のクランクケーシング内の換気のための装置(1)であって、前記クランクケーシングから内燃機関の吸気管路へ通じる換気管路を備えており、該換気管路の経路内に、前記クランクケーシングからのオイルミストの含まれるブローバイガスのオイル部分の分離のためのオイルミスト分離器(2)を配置してあり、負圧の形成のために前記オイルミスト分離器(2)の下流側に接続されたポンプ(3)を備えており、前記オイルミスト分離器(2)と前記ポンプ(3)とは、互いに結合された構成ユニットとして形成されており、前記ポンプ(3)は、少なくとも1つの駆動部、及び該駆動部と結合された羽根車(4)を含んでいて、前記オイルミスト分離器(2)と一緒に一体構造若しくは複数構造のケーシング(14,14′,14″)内に配置されている形式のものにおいて、
オイルミスト分離器(2)は少なくとも1つのインパクターを含んでおり、インパクターとして形成された該オイルミスト分離器(2)は、ノズル(5)及び、該ノズルと相対して位置する衝突壁(6)を有しており、
オイルミスト分離器(2)は、負圧弁(12)を有していて、該負圧弁(12)は、所定の負圧で開いて別のノズル(5′)を開放させ、これによって、ブローバイガスが別のノズル(5′)をも通って衝突壁(6)にぶつかるようになることを特徴とする、内燃機関のクランクケーシング内の換気のための装置。 - ポンプ(3)は渦流ポンプとして形成されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- ポンプ(3)のステータ(11)の少なくとも一部分はオイルミスト分離器(2)内に組み込まれている請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- ポンプ(3)の羽根(9)は、オイルミスト分離器(2)の軸線(13)と同軸に配置されていて、前記オイルミスト分離器(2)の半径方向外側で該オイルミスト分離器(2)を中心として回転するようになっている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ポンプ(3)の羽根(9)は、オイルミスト分離器(2)に対して軸線の方向にずらして配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ポンプ(3)は第1のケーシング部分(14′)内に配置されており、前記オイルミスト分離器(2)のノズル(5,5′)及びオイルミスト分離器(2)の衝突壁(6)は、前記第1のケーシング部分(14′)と結合された第2のケーシング部分(14″)内に配置されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- クランクケーシングにおいて、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置を備えていることを特徴とするクランクケーシング。
