Description
図1には、窓のウェット状態を検出する2つの同一のセンサユニット12を有する、本発明に従った光センサ装置10が示されている。以下の説明において、センサ装置10は、自動車のフロントガラス14(図2参照)に取り付けられたレインセンサとして使用する設計とされている。図1の図において、以下に更に詳細に説明する光衝突面16、18、20を強調するため、センサ装置10の幾つかの構成要素は省かれている。
適宜な光学材料から成る矩形のレンズ板から開始して光導体ユニット30を製造するためには、要求されるフレネル構造体40(可能であれば、発散領域を有する)を形成するためには、前側部38に僅かな改変を加えるだけでよい。光導体ユニット30は、特に、エンボス加工工程によりレンズ板に形成することができる。同一のエンボス加工工程において、更なる光導体ユニット(ウェット状態又は昼光センサユニット)を同時に形成することができる。

Claims (21)
- エミッタ(26)を含むセンサユニット(12)と、受光器(28)と、エミッタ(26)により放出された光ビーム(34)を窓(14)内に結合し且つ、窓(14)から結合解除し、受光器(28)まで導くための光導体ユニット(30)とを備える、自動車の窓(14)、フロントガラスに結合することのできる光センサ装置(10、10´)において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、フレネルレンズ領域(Fresnel lens regions)と、該フレネルレンズ領域と関係付けられた反射領域とを含むことを特徴とする、光センサ装置(10、10´)。 - 請求項1に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、また、反射領域が関係付けられないフレネルレンズ領域を含むことを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光センサ装置において、
フレネルレンズ領域及び反射領域は、光導体ユニット(30)のステップ付き構造体(40)に形成されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項3に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、その前側部(38)がステップ付き構造体(40)を含む板により形成され、
該板は、板の前側部(38)がエミッタ(26)及び(又は)受光器(28)に面するように配置されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項4に記載の光センサ装置において、
ステップ付き構造体(40)のステップ(54)の少なくとも幾つかは、各々、非球面のフレネルレンズの態様の形状とされた入力又は出力面(56)と、入力面又は出力面と関係付けられた反射面(58)とを有することを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項5に記載の光センサ装置において、
反射面(58)は、窓(14)に対して実質的に垂直に整合されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
個々のフレネルレンズ領域及び関係付けられた反射領域の間にて、屈折又は反射構造体を有する発散領域(diverting regions)が設けられ、発散領域に衝突する光が光センサ装置(12)の機能を阻害しない方向に発散されるようにしたことを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項1乃至7の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、エミッタ(26)により放出された光ビーム(34)を窓内に結合するときに通る入力部分(42)と、光ビームが窓(14)から結合解除され且つ、受光器(28)内に向けられるときに通る出力部分(44)とを備えることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項8に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、鏡対称の設計を有することを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項8又は9に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、単一体として形成されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項8乃至10の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)の入力部分(42)にて、フレネルレンズ領域及び関係付けられた反射領域は、各々、エミッタ(26)により放出された光ビーム(34)の一部分が各々フレネルレンズ領域を介して光導体ユニット(30)に結合され、その後、関係付けられた反射領域にて反射されるように配置されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項8乃至11の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)の入力部分(42)にて、反射領域は、エミッタ(26)により放出された光ビーム(34)の反射部分が全体として、平行な光ビーム(34a)として窓(14)内に結合されるように配置されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項12に記載の光センサ装置において、
光ビーム(34a)が窓(14)内に結合されるときの角度(α)は、約45°であることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項13に記載の光センサ装置において、光ビーム(34b)が窓(14)から非結合状態にされるときの角度(β)は、約45°であることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。
- 請求項8乃至14の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)の出力部分(44)にて、フレネルレンズ領域及び関係付けられた反射領域は、各々、窓(14)から非結合状態にされた光ビーム(34b)の一部分が反射領域に反射され、その後、関係付けられたフレネルレンズ領域を介して光導体ユニット(30)から非結合状態にされるように配置されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項8乃至15の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
光導体ユニット(30)の出力部分(44)にて、フレネルレンズ領域及び関係付けられた反射領域は、各々、窓(14)から非結合状態にされた光ビーム(34b)の部分が反射領域により、関係付けられたフレネルレンズ領域に反射し、これにより収斂する光ビーム部分として受光器(28)に向けられるように配置されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項1乃至16の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置において、
センサ装置(10´)のハウジング(22)内にて、少なくとも1つの追加的な昼光センサユニット(48)が受容され、
昼光センサユニット(48)は、受光器(50)と、受光器(50)上に周囲の規定された領域(52)からの光を写像する光導体ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項17に記載の光センサ装置において、
昼光センサユニット(48)の光導体ユニットは、非球面のフレネルレンズを含むことを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項17に記載の光センサ装置において、
昼光センサユニット(48)の光導体ユニットは、フレネルレンズ領域及び関係付けられた反射領域を含むことを特徴とする、光センサ装置。 - 請求項1乃至19の何れか1つの項に記載の光センサ装置を製造する方法において、
光導体ユニット(30)は、板をエンボス加工することにより形成されることを特徴とする、光センサ装置を製造する方法。 - 請求項20に記載の方法において、
光導体ユニット(30)が形成される、同一のエンボス加工ステップにて、昼光センサユニット(48)用の少なくとも1つの更なる光導体ユニットが同一の板に追加的に形成される、方法。
