Claims (6)
- 圧縮機を改造する方法であって、
(a)圧縮機ケーシングの上部半体(30)をその場で取り外して前記圧縮機を開放するステップと、
(b)第1のブレード数を有するそのアレイの第1の組(31)のステータベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体から取り外すステップと、
(c)前記取り外した第1の組のステータベーンの代わりに、該第1の組のステータベーンのベーン数とは異なる第2のベーン数を有する第2の組(33)のベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体内に据え付けるステップと、
(d)前記第2の組(33)のベーンを備えた前記圧縮機ケーシングの上部半体(30)を前記圧縮機ケーシングの下部半体(32)に固定することによって前記圧縮機を閉鎖するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップ(b)が、圧縮機回転ブレード配列における前記ステータベーンの1つのアレイと軸方向に対向する側面に位置するその別のアレイの第3の組のステータベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体(30)から取り外すステップと、前記取り外した第3の組のステータベーンの代わりに、該第3の組のステータベーンのブレード数とは異なるブレード数を有する第4の組(35)のステータベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体内に据え付けるステップとを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)が、同一の圧縮機段の対応する圧縮機下部ケーシング半体(32)のステータベーンのブレード数よりも多いブレード数を有する第2の組(33)のステータベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体内に据え付けるステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第2の組(33)のステータベーンが26個のベーンを有し、また前記対応する下部半体のステータベーンが23個のベーンを有する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)が、圧縮機回転ブレード配列における前記ステータベーンの1つのアレイと軸方向に対向する側面に位置するその別のアレイの第3の組のステータベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体(30)から取り外すステップと、前記取り外した第3の組のステータベーンの代わりに、同一の圧縮機段の対応する圧縮機下部ケーシング半体のステータベーンのブレード数よりも多いブレード数を有する第4の組(35)のステータベーンを前記圧縮機ケーシングの取り外した上部半体内に据え付けるステップとを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第4の組(35)のベーンが24個のベーンを有し、また前記対応する下部半体のステータベーンが23個のベーンを有する、請求項5記載の方法。
