Description
Claims (8)
- ランプモジュールであり、
LED照明素子と、
該LED素子に電力を供給するために接続される電子駆動回路と、
該電子駆動回路に接続される電気コネクタと、
当該モジュールを反射器内に位置決めし且つ取り外し可能に係止するための、少なくとも部分的にプラスチック材料で構成される位置決め及び係止手段と、
内部キャビティを定める少なくとも1つの頂壁と少なくとも1つの側壁とを備える金属ヒートシンク素子とを含み、
前記電子駆動回路は、前記キャビティ内に配置され、
前記LED素子は、前記ヒートシンク素子と直接的に熱接触して前記頂壁に配置され、
コネクタハウジングが、前記電気コネクタに設けられ、前記コネクタハウジングは、少なくとも部分的にプラスチック材料で構成され、
前記コネクタハウジングは、前記ヒートシンク素子を前記プラスチック材料内に少なくとも部分的に埋設することによって、前記ヒートシンク素子に固定され、前記位置決め及び係止手段及び前記コネクタハウジングは、1つのプラスチック部分として提供される、
ランプモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンク素子は、少なくとも1つの本質的に円形の断面を有する、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンク素子は、前記頂壁と前記側壁とを一体物で含む、請求項1及び2のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンク素子は、少なくとも第一部分と第二部分とを含み、
前記LED素子は、前記第一部分に配置され、
前記第二部分は、少なくとも前記第一部分によって前記LED素子から離間され、
前記第一部分は、前記第二部分よりも小さい断面を有する、
請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 - 前記キャビティを封止するために、キャップが、前記ヒートシンク素子の上に設けられる、
請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 - 前記電子駆動回路は、少なくとも第一モード及び第二モードにおいて動作するよう設計され、
前記第一モードにおける時間平均出力が、前記第二モードにおける時間平均出力未満であるよう、少なくとも前記第一モードにおいて、電力が前記LED素子に間欠的に供給される、
請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 - 前記LED素子が提供されて、光軸が定められ、
当該モジュールは、前記LED素子から放射される光を前記光軸に対して複数の径方向に方向付けるよう、前記LED素子に設けられる側部エミッタ光学素子をさらに含む、
請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 - 少なくとも1つの請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載のランプモジュールと、
反射器表面を備える反射器とを含み、
前記モジュールは、前記LED発光素子から放射される光が前記反射器表面によって反射されるよう取り付けられる、
照明ユニット。
