Claims (8)
- 点火補助を用いて紫外線を生成し且つ放射するための誘電体バリア放電ランプであって、
少なくとも内壁と外壁とによって少なくとも部分的に形成され且つ/或いは取り囲まれる放電間隙を含み、前記壁の少なくとも一方は、誘電性壁であり、前記壁の少なくとも一方は、少なくとも部分的に透明部を有し、
当該誘電体バリア放電ランプは、
前記放電間隙の内部に位置する充填体と、
少なくとも2つの電気接触手段、即ち、
前記外壁と関連して電気接触するための第一手段と、
前記内壁と関連して電気接触するための第二手段とを含み、
案内補助として並びに点火補助として機能する少なくとも1つの多機能手段が、前記放電間隙に隣接して配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの多機能手段は、一方の壁と他方の壁との間に直接的な接触を形成するよう前記一方の壁から前記他方の壁に延びる凹み又は肥大部である、
誘電体バリア放電ランプ。 - 前記多機能手段は、前記壁の少なくとも1つの一体的な部分である、請求項1に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプ。
- 前記外壁及び前記内壁の少なくとも一方と一体的な前記多機能手段は、前記外壁又は前記内壁とほぼ同一又はより薄い壁厚を有することによって、壁から多機能手段への移行が滑らかであり且つ/或いは段階的である、請求項1又は2に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプ。
- 少なくとも2つの多機能手段が、当該ランプの長手軸に対して垂直に並びに/或いは軸方向に離間して前記放電間隙内に突出する、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプ。
- 前記壁は、2つの同軸のシリンダ石英管によって形成され、環状の放電間隙をそれらの間に含む、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプ。
- 前記多機能手段は、互いに異なる電気特性を有する材料から構成される、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプ。
- 多機能手段を製造するためのステップが含まれ、互いに対する前記2つの壁の配置を最適化するためのステップが含まれる、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか1項に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプを製造するための方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項に記載の誘電体バリア放電ランプを組み込み、且つ、以下の1つ又はそれよりも多くの用途に用いられるシステム:
硬い及び/又は柔らかい表面の流体処理、
硬い及び/又は柔らかい表面の洗浄、殺菌、及び/又は、浄化、
液体殺菌及び/又は浄化、

水殺菌及び/又は浄化、
廃水殺菌及び/又は浄化、
飲料水殺菌及び/又は浄化、
水道水殺菌及び/又は浄化、

排気ガス殺菌及び/又は浄化、
成分、無機化合物、及び/又は、有機化合物の分解及び/又は除去、
半導体表面の洗浄、
半導体表面からの成分の分解及び/又は除去、
食品の洗浄及び/又は殺菌、
栄養補助食品の洗浄及び/又は殺菌、
医薬品の洗浄及び/又は殺菌。
