Claims (3)
- 有底無蓋の箱型形状を有し、底部が透光面となるガラス成型体の一対を互いの開放端縁で溶着一体化させて中空ブロック体を形成するブロック形成工程と、一対のガラス成型体の溶着の際に中空ブロック体の側面に通気孔を設けるか又は形成された後の中空ブロック体の側面に通気孔を設ける通気孔形成工程と、該中空ブロック体に通気孔から樹脂を注入して内面に塗布する樹脂塗布工程と、該中空ブロック体に通気孔から装飾材を投入して塗布された樹脂に装飾材を付着させる装飾材付着工程と、該中空ブロック体を加熱し、樹脂を固化させて付着した装飾材を樹脂被膜層に保持させる樹脂固化工程と、該中空ブロック体の通気孔を不透湿材によって封止する通気孔封止工程とを有することを特徴とする建築用ガラスブロックの製造方法。
- 中空ブロック体内の余剰の樹脂を除去する余剰樹脂除去工程と、中空ブロック体内の余剰の装飾材を除去する余剰装飾材除去工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建築用ガラスブロックの製造方法。
- 樹脂固化工程後の中空ブロック体の内部に乾燥剤を入れ、通気孔封止工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の建築用ガラスブロックの製造方法。
