Description
● 液体供給用の比例型調整弁52の弁位置は、温度センサ24によって測定される出口温度と、必要な設定点温度とに基づき、PID制御アルゴリズムに従って制御される。設定点温度は、通常は一定値である。
○ m:調整弁52の弁の位置(0〜100%)
○ e:測定温度と設定点温度との間の温度差
○ Kp,Ki,Kd:比例係数、積分係数、微分係数
圧縮空気の調整弁66の弁位置も、PID制御アルゴリズムによって制御される。様々なアルゴリズムを使用することができるが、入力パラメータは、圧力センサ70によって測定される空気圧力と、必要な空気圧力設定点とに基づく。空気圧力設定点は、液体流量計54によって測定される現在の液体流量に依存する。
○ 最小入口ガス条件(一般には必要な液体流量が最小)
○ 標準入口ガス条件(一般には必要な液体流量が標準)
○ 最大入口ガス条件(一般には必要な液体流量が最大)
Claims (4)
- 燃焼ガス冷却システムにおいて使用される一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される液体流量及び圧縮空気の量を制御する制御システムであって、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルが、加圧された液体と圧縮空気とを受け取って、前記燃焼ガスに向けて霧状の液体を供給し、該霧状の液体によって前記燃焼ガスを冷却するように動作するタイプであり、前記制御システムは、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに結合される液体供給管路であって、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される液体の流量を検出するために当該管路内に配置された流量計を含む液体供給管路と、
前記1つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに結合される圧縮空気供給管路であって、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される圧縮空気の量を調節するために配置された空気流弁(air flow valve)を含む圧縮空気供給管路と、
前記流量計と前記空気流弁とに結合される噴霧制御装置であって、異なる動作条件での燃焼ガスの流量と温度特性とを基としたPID制御アルゴリズムに従って、前記空気流弁に制御信号を供給し、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される前記圧縮空気の量を、検出された液体流量の関数として調節する噴霧制御装置と、
前記液体供給管路内に配置される調節可能な液体流弁(liquid flow valve)であって、前記噴霧制御装置からの制御信号を受信して、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される前記液体の流量を調節する液体流弁と、
出口ガス温度を測定するために前記燃焼ガス冷却システムの出口に近接して設けられ、かつ、温度検出信号を前記噴霧制御装置に供給する温度センサと、を備え、
前記噴霧制御装置は、前記温度検出信号の受信に応じて、下記式(1)で示される前記液体流弁の所望の弁位置mを算出する手段を有しており
前記液体流弁に制御信号を供給して前記液体流弁を所望の弁位置mに調節し、前記液体流弁を通過する液体の流量を変化させ、
前記噴霧制御装置は、前記液体流弁を通過する検出された液体流量と、必要とされる液滴サイズDmaxと、前記1つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに対する液体流量及び空気圧力の関係を規定するテーブルとに基づいて、所望の空気圧力を算出することを特徴とする制御システム。 - 前記噴霧制御装置が、前記一つ又は複数のノズルに供給される前記液体流を増加させるための信号を、温度の上昇が検出されたときに前記液体流弁に供給する手段を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記噴霧制御装置が、前記一つ又は複数のノズルに供給される前記液体流を減少させるための信号を、温度の低下が検出されたときに前記液体流弁に供給する手段を含む、請求項2に記載の制御システム。
- 燃焼ガス冷却システムの異なる動作モードにおいて、当該システムで生成される燃焼ガスを冷却する際に使用されるタイプの一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルであって、加圧された液体と圧縮空気とを受け取って霧状の液体噴霧を供給するように動作する前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される液体流量及び圧縮空気の量を制御する方法であって、
前記燃焼ガス冷却システムの出口に近接した前記燃焼ガスの測定温度を検出するステップと、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに液体を供給する液体流弁の所望の弁位置mを下記式(1)によって計算するステップと
前記液体流弁を通過する液体の流量を変更させるために前記液体流弁を所望の弁位置mに調節するステップと、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される実際の液体流量を監視するステップと、
前記供給される液体流量の関数として、前記圧縮空気の供給を調節するステップと、を含み、
前記圧縮空気の供給を調節するステップは、前記供給される液体流量と、必要とされる液滴サイズDmaxと、前記1つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに対する液体流量及び空気圧力の関係を規定するテーブルとに基づいて所望の空気圧力を算出し、該所望の空気圧力になるように前記圧縮空気の供給を調節するステップを含む、方法。
