Description
1.中間板とガスケットとの間の接地により、エネルギーはインタフェイスに沿って流れ、開口溝孔を有するガスケットの端部に達することができる。いずれの端部においても、エネルギーが漏出し、エネルギーの集中、又はアンテナ効果を生ずる。多分、このことはダイスで切除した孔の部分にも生じており、これは孔が非導電性発泡心部を露出させるからである。即ち、ダイスで切除した孔が他のアンテナ作用を行っているのである。
本発明によれば、導電エラストマー材料の薄いストリップ、即ちバーを第1ガスケット材料内に介挿し、導電バーが露出しているガスケットの両側の導電表面間に導電路を生ぜしめる。
図6〜図8において、本発明に関連する参考例におけるガスケットを示し、このガスケットは容易に圧縮できる押出発泡体、即ちスポンジ27から基本的に製造されており、間けつ的に離間する導電バー30a、30b、30c、30dを有している。熱可塑性発泡体の上述の欠点にかんがみ、基本的なガスケット材料は圧縮変形に対する優れた抵抗を呈するシリコーンのような非導電性の熱硬化性ゴムであるのが好適である。圧縮変形に対する優れた抵抗性は長期にわたる性能を助ける。これは、それぞれの大部分の電磁干渉ガスケット構造は最高性能を発揮するため、圧縮負荷に依存しているからである。適切なシリコーン材料としてはWacker Chemie 社から入手できるC−1492のような市販されている入手でき、熱でキュアし得るスポンジシリコーンがある。次に示すのはC−1492を使用する基本ガスケット材料としての例示の配合である。

Claims (12)
- 電磁放射を遮蔽するガスケット装置において、
頂面と底面とを有し、第1エラストマー材料から成る比較的平坦なストリップと、
前記ガスケット装置がほぼT字状の横断面になるよう、前記平坦なストリップの前記頂面から或る角度で外方に突出する前記第1エラストマー材料から成る指部と、
前記指部が突出する点の近くに、前記頂面から前記底面まで前記比較的平坦なストリップを二分し、前記指部の少なくとも一側にある導電性の第2エラストマー材料の層とを具え、
前記指部の少なくとも一側から、前記ガスケット装置の前記底面まで導電路が存在することを特徴とするガスケット装置。 - 前記ガスケット装置の前記底面上に圧力感知接着ストリップを更に具える請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記第2エラストマー材料の前記層が0.0127〜0.508mmの厚さの範囲内にある請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記第2エラストマー材料の前記層が0.0508〜0.254mmの厚さの範囲内にある請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記第2エラストマー材料の前記層が前記底面から突出している請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記第2エラストマー材料の突出している部分の幅の寸法が前記第2エラストマー材料の層の厚さより一層大きい請求項5のガスケット装置。
- 前記第1エラストマー材料が熱硬化性ゴムから成る請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記熱硬化性ゴムがシリコーン材料である請求項7のガスケット装置。
- 前記第1エラストマー材料が熱可塑性材料から成る請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記第2エラストマー材料が熱硬化性ゴム結合剤と、導電金属とから成る請求項1のガスケット装置。
- 前記熱硬化性結合剤がシリコーン材料である請求項10のガスケット装置。
- 前記導電金属が銀である請求項10のガスケット装置。
