Description
図1,2に示した二次電池を作製した。まず、正極活物質であるリチウムコバルト複合酸化物(LiCoO2 )粉末91質量部と、導電材であるグラファイト6質量部と、結着材であるポリフッ化ビニリデン3質量部とを混合して分散媒に分散させたのち、アルミニウム箔よりなる正極集電体14Aに塗布して乾燥させ、圧縮成型して正極活物質層14Bを形成し、正極14を作製した。
被膜15Cの構成を実施例1−1,1−2とは変えて二次電池を作製した。まず、実施例1−1,1−2と同様にして負極集電体15Aの上に負極活物質層15Bを形成した。また、実施例1−1,1−2と同様にして正極14を作製し、正極14および負極活物質層15Bの上に電解質17を形成したのち、セパレータ16を介して巻回し、外装部材20の内部に収納した。その際、SO3 を有する化合物を生成する前駆体として、参考例2−1では1,3−プロパンスルトン(3−ヒドロキシプロパンスルホン酸γ−スルトン)、参考例2−2〜2−6ではプロペンスルトン(3−ヒドロキシプロペンスルホン酸γ−スルトン)をそれぞれ用意し、電解液に0.5質量%添加した。
Claims (9)
- フィルム状の外装部材の内部に、正極および負極と共に電解質を備え、
前記負極は、負極活物質層の表面に被膜を備え、
前記被膜は、SO3 を有する有機化合物を含むと共に、スピンコーティング法または気相成長法により形成され、
前記電解質は、還元作用を有する電解質塩を含む、
リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記有機化合物は、Cx Hy (SO3 )z (x,yおよびzはそれぞれ1以上の整数である)で表されると共に、X線光電子分光法により、硫黄の2pスペクトルが166eV以上169eV以下の領域に測定される、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記有機化合物の少なくとも一部は、前記電解質塩により還元されて、Sを有する化合物となる、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記Sを有する化合物は、CX HY SZ (X,YおよびZはそれぞれ1以上の整数である)で表されると共に、X線光電子分光法により、硫黄の2pスペクトルが162eV以上165eV以下の領域に測定される、請求項3記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記負極活物質層は、炭素材料を含有する、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記有機化合物は、鎖状の化合物である、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記被膜は、前記有機化合物として、2−ブテン−1,4−ジスルホン酸ジメチルエステルまたはジ−n−ブチルスルフィトを含む、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記電解質は、前記電解質塩として、六フッ化リン酸リチウムを含む、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記正極は、リチウム複合酸化物を含む、請求項1記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
