Claims (1)
- 複数の圧電体と複数の内部電極とを交互に積層してなる積層体と、前記複数の内部電極のうち同一極の内部電極同士を電気的に接続する外部電極とを備え、前記内部電極に電圧を印加することにより前記圧電体が伸縮して前記積層体が変位する積層型圧電素子であって、
前記積層体の側面には、前記積層体の積層方向と交差する方向に沿って延在し、前記積層体が変位するときに前記積層体に発生する応力を緩和させる応力緩和部が形成されており、
前記応力緩和部は、互いに隣り合う同一極の前記内部電極に挟まれており、
前記積層体の内部における前記応力緩和部に対応する部位には、フローティング電極が設けられていることを特徴とする積層型圧電素子。
