Description
上記呈色組成物が、少なくとも、電子供与性呈色化合物と、常温において固体である酸性化合物と、潮解物質と、樹脂バインダーからなり、
本発明の第1の湿度インジケータの製造方法により製造されたことを特徴とする湿度インジケータである。
ロイコ染料「BLUE−63」(山本化成(株)製)1重量部、シュウ酸2水和物(和光純薬工業(株)製)1重量部、臭化マグネシウム6水和物(和光純薬工業(株)製)10重量部を、アクリルエマルジョン「DICNAL E−8203WH」(大日本インキ化学工業(株)製;固形成分45重量%)80重量部と2−プロパノール40重量部の混合液に加え、均一になるように攪拌した。この塗料を不織布(デュポン(株)製「タイベック1082D」)の表面にワイヤーバー♯20を用いて乾燥後の呈色組成物量が8g/m2となるように塗工し、80℃で1分間乾燥させ、青色の呈色組成物を不織布に担持させた。
実施例1で用いた塗料を厚さ100μmのPETフィルム(東洋紡績(株)製、「コスモシャインA4300」)の表面にワイヤーバー♯20を用いて乾燥後の呈色組成物量が
8g/m2となるように塗工し、80℃で1分間乾燥させ、青色の呈色組成物を担持させた。
上記実施例1〜17の各湿度インジケータを、常温、常圧、50%RH環境下に静置し、色の変化を目視で確認し、完全に消色するまでにかかった時間を計測した。結果を表1(実施例1〜3)、表2(実施例4〜17)に示す。
Claims (2)
- 少なくとも、電子供与性呈色化合物、常温において固体である酸性化合物、潮解物質、及びノニオンエマルジョンまたは弱アニオンエマルジョンである水系樹脂エマルジョンとからなる水性塗料を担持体に付着させ、加熱して乾燥させて呈色組成物とした後、該担持体の塗料を付着させた側に透湿度が0.05〜1000g/m2・dayの透明樹脂層を形成することを特徴とする湿度インジケータの製造方法。
- 担持体と、少なくとも該担持体の表面側を覆う透湿度が0.05〜1000g/m2・dayの透明樹脂層と、少なくとも該担持体と透明樹脂層との間において該担持体に担持された呈色組成物とを備え、
上記呈色組成物が、少なくとも、電子供与性呈色化合物と、常温において固体である酸性化合物と、潮解物質と、樹脂バインダーからなり、
請求項1に記載の湿度インジケータの製造方法により製造されたことを特徴とする湿度インジケータ。
