Claims (2)
- 内箱と外壁とにより構成された空間に断熱層が形成され、内箱の内部を貯蔵室とする断熱箱体と、前記断熱層に埋設されたヒータ線を含むヒータとを備えた冷蔵庫に用いられるヒータ装置の組立方法であって、
前記ヒータ線が複数のヒータ線に分割され、前記ヒータ線の両端部に接続される端部リード線、および分割されたヒータ線同士をヒータの外部で接続する中間リード線を集束させて前記断熱層の外部に導出させ、電源電圧が100V系の場合にヒータ線同士を並列接続するために、複数のヒータ線同士を並列接続する配線パターンを有し前記ヒータを駆動制御する第1の制御基板を用い、前記断熱層の外部に導出させた前記端部リード線および中間リード線を前記第1の制御基板の接続部に接続することで、分割されたヒータ線同士を並列接続し、
また、電源電圧が200V系の場合にヒータ線同士を直列接続するために、複数のヒータ線同士を直列接続する配線パターンを有し前記ヒータを駆動制御する第2の制御基板を用い、前記断熱層の外部に導出させた前記端部リード線および中間リード線を前記第2の制御基板の接続部に接続することで、分割されたヒータ線同士を直列接続し、
前記第1の制御基板および第2の制御基板のうち配線接続に用いられる制御基板を、前記断熱層の外側に形成された前記断熱箱体の空間部に収容することを特徴とする冷蔵庫のヒータ装置組立方法。 - 前記ヒータの通電率を変更する変更部を前記断熱層の外部に設け、前記変更部によりヒータの発熱量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫のヒータ装置組立方法。
