Claims (5)
- 基体シート上に少なくとも第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とが形成された加飾シートであって、第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とが重ならないように形成されたことを特徴とする加飾シートであって、第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とが、電波透過性の金属光沢膜層と電波遮蔽性の金属光沢膜層とからなる加飾シート。
- 基体シート上に、部分的に第一水溶性パターン層を形成し、第一金属光沢膜層を形成し、水洗処理により第一水溶性パターン層および第一金属光沢膜層の一部を剥離することによって、部分的に第一金属光沢膜層を形成し、次いで第一金属光沢膜層の全面を覆いかつ部分的に第二水溶性パターン層を形成し、第二金属光沢膜層を形成し、水洗処理により第二水溶性パターン層および第二金属光沢膜層の一部を剥離することによって、第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とを重ならないように形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加飾シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の加飾シートを金型内に載置し、次いで成形樹脂を充填する成形同時加飾法を利用することを特徴とする加飾成形品の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の加飾シートを金型内に載置し、次いで成形樹脂を充填する成形同時加飾法を利用し、アンテナ内蔵部に電波透過性の金属光沢膜層を形成し、アンテナ内蔵部以外の部分に電波遮蔽性の金属光沢膜層を形成することを特徴とする加飾成形品の製造方法。
- 基体シート上に少なくとも第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とが形成された加飾シートであって、第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とが重ならないように形成されたことを特徴とする加飾シートであって、第一金属光沢膜層と第二金属光沢膜層とが、スズ、インジウム、亜鉛、クロムの群から選ばれる一種以上の金属とアルミニウムとからなる加飾シートを金型内に載置し、次いで成形樹脂を充填する成形同時加飾法を利用し、立ち上がり端部にスズ、インジウム、亜鉛、クロムの群から選ばれる一種以上の金属からなる金属光沢膜層を形成し、立ち上がり端部以外の部分にアルミニウムからなる金属光沢膜層に囲まれた照光透過部を形成することを特徴とする加飾成形品の製造方法。
