Claims (3)
- 金属製品の被処理面に、その被処理面に対向する面が円弧面になるように、且つ、比重が2〜10で径がφ5mm以上φ20mm以下の球状体又は多面体を含んで構成される加工材が存在するようにして、閉空間を形成し、
前記被処理面の面方向と平行な方向に、又は、前記被処理面の面方向となす角度が30°以内となる方向に、揺動をさせ、
前記被処理面に、前記加工材の衝突をさせる金属製品の加工方法。 - 前記揺動をさせる方向が、鉛直方向である請求項1に記載の金属製品の加工方法。
- 加工対象となる金属製品が、サポートビーム、シートバックフレーム、フライホイールハウジング、ディファレンシャルキャリア、フロントサブフレームからなる群から選ばれる自動車用部品である請求項1又は2に記載の金属製品の加工方法。
