Claims (8)
- 導入端から送入される連続薄紙を予定移送経路に沿って導出端まで移送する時、当該薄紙の糊付け面の予定位置に液体糊を付着させる薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構において:液体糊付着ホイールを具備し、当該液体糊付着ホイールは液体糊付着ホイール面を具備し、そのホイール面全体に液体糊が塗布され、当該液体糊付着ホイールは当該薄紙の糊付け面に対応し、かつ当該糊付け面とのあいだに予定間隔が設けられており;最小限一個の糊付けレバーを具備し、当該糊付けレバーは当該薄紙の予定移送経路に近い位置に設置され、かつ当該薄紙の糊付け面の反対側のスポット接触面に向かっており、当該糊付けレバーは軸端及びスポット接触端を具備し;駆動機構を具備し、当該駆動機構は当該糊付けレバーの軸端に連結され、当該糊付けレバーを駆動してその軸端を回転中心に回転させ、当該糊付けレバーの点触端を液体糊付着ホイールに向かっている糊付位置まで回転させるかまたは当該糊付位置から離れるように回転させ;当該薄紙が当該導入端から当該液体糊付着ホイールと当該糊付けレバーとのあいだの予定移送経路に沿って移送される時、かつ当該糊付けレバーが当該駆動機構の駆動を受けて当該糊付けレバーのスポット接触端を当該糊付位置まで回転させた時、当該糊付けレバーのスポット接触端が当該液体糊付着ホイールと糊付けレバーとのあいだを通る薄紙をちょうど当該液体糊付着ホイールの液体糊付着ホイール面に圧触させて、当該液体糊付着ホイール面の液体糊を当該薄紙の糊付け面に付着させ;当て板を具備し、当該当て板は当該液体糊付着ホイールに近い位置に設置され、当該当て板の一端部は当該薄紙の糊付け面に軽く接触され、当該液体糊付着ホイールと当該薄紙の糊付け面のあいだに当該予定間隔を保ち、かつ当該薄紙に糊をつけた後当該液体糊付着ホイールに付着しないようにすることを特徴とする、薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構。
- 液体糊を収容している糊槽を更に具備し、当該糊槽は当該液体糊付着ホイールに近い位置に設置され、当該液体糊付着ホイールが回転する時、糊槽中の液体糊が当該液体糊付着ホイール面に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構。
- そのうち当該糊槽は更に最小限一個のスクレーパーを具備し、当該スクレーパーは当該液体糊付着ホイールの液体糊付着ホイール面にある余分の液体糊を掻き取ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構。
- そのうち当該糊付けレバーのスポット接触端には弾性接触片が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構。
- そのうち当該液体糊付着ホイール面には複数の細かい網孔を具備し、当該網孔は当該液体糊付着ホイール面全体に分布され、各細かい網孔内全体には液体糊が分布されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構。
- そのうち当該糊付けレバーが当該駆動機構の駆動を受けて当該スポット接触端を当該糊付位置まで回転させた時、当該糊付けレバーの回転スピードは当該薄紙の進行スピードと同期することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薄紙巻付装置の糊付け機構。
- 薄紙の予定移送経路の片側に液体糊付着ホイールが配置され、そのホイール面全体に液体糊が塗布され、当該液体糊付着ホイールは当該薄紙の糊付け面に対応し、当該薄紙の予定移送経路の別側に糊付けレバーが配置されており、当該糊付けレバーは当該薄紙の糊付け面の反対側のスポット接触面に向かっており、当該糊付けレバーは軸端及びスポット接触端を具備し、駆動機構が当該糊付けレバーの軸端に連結され、当該糊付けレバーを駆動して軸端を回転中心に回転させ、当て板を具備し、当該当て板は当該液体糊付着ホイールに近い位置に設置される、糊付け方法には:a)薄紙を当該液体糊付着ホイールと当該糊付けレバーとのあいだの予定移送経路に沿って移送させるステップと;b)当該駆動機構が当該糊付けレバーを予定の駆動回転モードで回転するように駆動し、当該糊付けレバーのスポット接触端を当該液体糊付着ホイールに近い糊付位置まで回転させ、かつそのスポット接触端をちょうど当該薄紙のスポット接触面にスポット接触させるステップと;c)当該糊付けレバーのスポット接触端が当該糊付位置に位置する時、当該液体糊付着ホイールと糊付けレバーとのあいだを通る薄紙をちょうど当該液体糊付着ホイールの液体糊付着ホイール面に圧触させ、当該液体糊付着ホイール面の液体糊を当該薄紙の糊付け面に付着させるステップと;d)当該当て板の一端部は当該薄紙の糊付け面に軽く接触され、当該液体糊付着ホイールと当該薄紙の糊付け面のあいだに当該予定間隔を保ち、かつ当該薄紙に糊をつけた後当該液体糊付着ホイールに付着しないようにするステップを含むことを特徴とする、薄紙巻付装置の糊付け方法。
- そのうち上記ステップb)で、当該駆動機構が当該糊付けレバーを駆動する時の予定駆動回転モードには:b1)当該駆動機構より当該糊付けレバーを駆動して第一回転方向と相反する方向に初期位置から予め設定された角度を回転させるとステップと;b2)当該駆動機構より当該糊付けレバーを駆動して当該第一回転方向に沿って加速させ、当該糊付けレバーのスポット接触端の当該糊付位置でのスピードが薄紙移送のスピードと同期するようにするステップと;b3)糊付けレバーのスポット接触端は当該同期スピードで薄紙のスポット接触面と接触し、薄紙の糊付け面に当該液体糊付着ホイールのホイール面より終端糊を付着させるステップと;b4)薄紙に終端糊が付着した後、糊付けレバーは当該第一回転方向に沿って加速回転し、その後減速して再び薄紙移送のスピードと同期するようになるステップと;b5)当該糊付けレバーはこの同期スピードで薄紙のスポット接触面と接触し、薄紙の糊付け面に当該液体糊付着ホイールのホイール面より始端糊を付着させるステップと;b6)薄紙に始端糊が付着した後、当該糊付けレバーは当該第一回転方向に沿って減速回転をした挙句止まり、再び当該第一回転方向と相反する方向に沿って当該初期位置まで回転することで一サイクルの動作が完成するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の薄紙巻付装置の糊付け方法。
