Description
Claims (10)
- 発光素子と、第1および第2の伝送線路を介して前記発光素子の陽極および陰極に差動変調電流を供給する変調器と、前記発光素子に順方向バイアス電流を供給する電流源と、を備える光送信回路であって、
前記発光素子のインピーダンスは、前記変調器の出力インピーダンスに整合するよう形成された前記第1および第2の伝送線路の特性インピーダンスより低く、
前記光送信回路は、前記第1および第2の伝送線路の少なくとも一部を覆うよう配置される電波吸収体を含む、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1に記載の光送信回路において、
前記電波吸収体は、前記差動変調電流の基本周波数より高周波側における電波吸収率が前記基本周波数における電波吸収率より高い材料からなる、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項2に記載の光送信回路において、
前記電波吸収体は、前記差動変調電流の基本周波数より高周波側における透磁率の虚数部が前記基本周波数における透磁率の虚数部より大きい材料からなる、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記電波吸収体は、比誘電率が1より大きい材料からなる、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記第1および第2の伝送線路の一部は、フレキシブル基板上に形成され、
前記電波吸収体は、シート状であって、前記フレキシブル基板上に形成された前記伝送線路の少なくとも一部を覆うよう配置される、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記電波吸収体は、磁性体材料からなる、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記発光素子の陰極は、前記電流源を介してグランドラインに接続される、
ことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記発光素子の陰極と前記グランドラインとの間に接続される第1のインダクタ、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記発光素子の陽極と電源ラインとの間に接続される第2のインダクタ、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする光送信回路。 - 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の光送信回路において、
前記発光素子と前記変調器とを接続する前記第1および第2の伝送線路に挿入される交流結合素子、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする光送信回路。
