Claims (5)
- 少なくとも二つの対向する伝熱部材の間に流体を流通させることにより熱交換を行なう熱交換器であって、
前記対向する伝熱部材は、前記流体を流通させる伝熱面に複数の連続する凸部と複数の連続する凹部とが交互に繰り返す波状の凹凸が形成されてなり、
前記凸部および前記凹部は、前記凸部の連続する線および前記凹部の連続する線と前記流体の主要な流れとのなす角が10度ないし60度の範囲内の角度となるよう形成されてなり、
前記凸部および前記凹部は、前記主要な流れに沿った一定間隔の複数の折り返し線で対称に折り返すように複数回に亘って屈曲するよう形成されてなり、
前記波状の凹凸の振幅をa、前記対向する伝熱部材の伝熱面の間隔であるピッチをp、バルク流速とピッチにより定義されるレイノルズ数をRe、とするときに式(1)の不等式を満たすよう前記波状の凹凸が形成されて配置されてなる、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
1.3×Re-0.5<a/p<0.2 (1) - 前記対向する伝熱部材は、前記折り返し線の前記一定間隔をW、前記波状の凹凸の波長をz、とするときに式(2)の不等式を満たすよう前記波状の凹凸が形成されてなる請求項1記載の熱交換器。
0.25<W/z<2.0 (2) - 請求項1または2記載の熱交換器であって、
熱交換媒体の流路として平行に配置された複数の伝熱管を備え、
前記対向する伝熱部材は、前記複数の伝熱管と熱交換可能に直交するよう平行に所定距離の間隔をもって重ねるように取り付けられてなる複数のフィン部材として形成されてなる、
熱交換器。 - 請求項3記載の熱交換器であって、
前記伝熱管は、前記流体の流入口から流出口に至るまで同一幅となるよう形成されてなると共に記流体の流入口から流出口への方向に整列した複数の流路が形成されてなる、
熱交換器。 - 請求項4記載の熱交換器であって、
前記伝熱管は、前記複数の流路に前記熱交換媒体を迂流または分流するよう形成されてなる、
熱交換器。
