Description
図1は、本発明の一実施態様に係る人工鼻を示している。図1の(A)〜(C)はいずれも帯状の多孔質体1を示しており、(A)は多孔質体1の概略斜視図、(B)は多孔質体1の部分拡大斜視図、(C)は多孔質体1の部分拡大平面図である。また、図1の(A)〜(C)に示す座標軸において、x軸は多孔質体1の長手方向を、y軸は幅方向を、z軸は厚さ方向を、それぞれ示している。図1(B)に示すように、厚さがTである帯状の多孔質体1の一方の表面には、深さがDであるスリット2が複数形成されており、各スリット2は、複数の直線状部3が屈曲部4を介して連なるジグザグ形状に形成されている。スリット2を構成する各直線状部3は、いずれも多孔質体1の長手方向に対し交差角度α=60°にて交差しており、各屈曲部4の角度βはいずれも120°である。

Claims (7)
- 長手方向に並ぶ複数のスリットが形成された帯状の多孔質体を、前記スリットを径方向外側に向けた渦巻状に巻回してなる湿熱交換材と、該湿熱交換材を収容するハウジングとからなる人工鼻であって、
前記ハウジングが、前記湿熱交換材の軸方向一端側に一の開口部を、前記軸方向他端側に他の開口部をそれぞれ有し、
前記スリットが前記長手方向と交差する形状に形成されていることを特徴とする人工鼻。 - 前記スリットが、前記多孔質体の表面にスリット深さ率40%〜95%で形成されている、請求項1に記載の人工鼻。
- 前記スリットが、前記長手方向と交差角度50〜70°をなして交差する形状に形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の人工鼻。
- 前記スリットがジグザグ形状に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の人工鼻。
- 前記多孔質体の吸水倍率が500%以上である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の人工鼻。
- 前記多孔質体がセルローススポンジからなる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の人工鼻。
- 人工呼吸器に接続可能な、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の人工鼻。
