Description
次に、浄化装置2について具体的な例を説明する。本実施例においては、入口フィルタ51として、板状に成形された有機ガス除去用ケミカルフィルタ(ケミカルガードTX、ニチアス株式会社製)を備えた浄化装置2を用いた。このケミカルフィルタは、気体が吸入される外表面の寸法が220×210mm、厚さ(気体の流入方向の長さ)が70mmであった。また、ブロワ20としては、送風性能が入力35Wで風量1.25m3/分、回転数4800rpm、静圧500Paであるブロワ(DCブラシレスファン、シナノケンシ株式会社)を用いた。また、出口フィルタ91としては、ULPAフィルタを用いた。このULPAフィルタは、気体が排出される外表面の寸法が210×440mm、厚さ(気体の排出方向の長さ)が65mmであった。
Claims (6)
- 筐体内のブロワ室において、各々の動力発生部を前記筐体の外側に向けつつ、送風方向に対して並列に配置される、各々が前記動力発生部と、回転軸及びロータを内部に収納し吸入口及び排出口が形成された本体と、を有する複数のブロワと、
前記複数のブロワの間に、前記複数のブロワを収納する前記ブロワ室と隔絶されるよう設けられた、前記複数のブロワの各々の前記吸入口と、前記筐体の上流側の外部と、を直接連絡する吸入路と、
を備えた
ことを特徴とする送風装置。 - 前記動力発生部は、その少なくとも一部が前記筐体の側壁を貫通して前記筐体外に露出している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風装置。 - 前記複数のブロワは、互いに対向するように配置された一対のブロワである
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の送風装置。 - 前記一対のブロワの排気口は互い違いに配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の送風装置。 - 前記吸入路内に、前記複数のブロワの各々の吸入口をそれぞれ独立に、前記筐体の上流側の外部と直接連絡させるための仕切が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の送風装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の送風装置と、
前記送風装置の上流側又は下流側の少なくとも一方側に設けられた気体を浄化するフィルタと、
を備えた
ことを特徴とする浄化気体供給装置。
