Claims (10)
- 生体組織の切断および/または凝固を行う器具(1)で構成され、ハンドル(11)に設けた作動部、および前記器具(1)を制御する少なくとも3つのモードを提供する制御部(30)を備え、前記作動部により前記モードが選択可能および/または実行可能な手術装置において、
前記作動部は、細長い操作子(21)を有するスイッチングロッカー(20)を備え、前記操作子(21)は、案内装置(26)に装着されて、ハンドル面の垂直方向にシフト可能なロッカー軸(28)のまわりに回転自在に構成され、その結果、初期位置から開始して、前記ロッカー軸(28)のまわりを順回転または逆回転させることにより、第1または第2の機能位置に到達し、前記操作子(21)を内側に押し込むことにより第3の機能位置に到達し、前記操作子(21)の隣には、前記ロッカー軸(28)の左側と右側に1つずつ、2つのセンサ(22、23)が配置され、前記スイッチングロッカー(20)の選択した機能位置が、前記センサ(22、23)を介して、前記制御部(30)に検知され、
前記案内装置(26)の案内開口部(27)は、前記第3の機能位置で突起部(24)を受け取るように構成され、当該突起部(24)は前記細長い操作子(21)に取り付けられ、これにより前記第3の機能位置で前記突起部(24)は前記案内開口部(27)に突出して、前記機能位置間の直接遷移を防止することを特徴とする手術装置。 - 前記制御部(30)は、少なくとも1つの機能位置を所定の待ち時間(tL)遅らせて検知するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記制御部(30)は、ある機能位置から別の機能位置への直接遷移が検知されたとき、エラー状態に移行してエラーを報知および/または除去するように構成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の手術装置。
- 前記各センサ(22、23)は、スイッチで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の手術装置。
- 前記細長い操作子(21)は、前記突起部(24)に固定して取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の手術装置。
- 前記スイッチングロッカー(20)の操作、および前記器具(10)の案内が、片手で同時に行えるように、前記ハンドル(11)に前記スイッチングロッカー(20)を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の手術装置。
- 前記機能位置のいずれかにおいて、生体組織を切断するモードが少なくとも行われるように、前記制御部(30)を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の手術装置。
- 前記機能位置のいずれかにおいて、生体組織を凝固するモードが少なくとも行われるように、前記制御部(30)を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の手術装置。
- 前記機能位置のいずれかにおいて、別の機能位置で実行されるモードを変更できるように、前記制御部(30)を構成したことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の手術装置。
- 前記スイッチングロッカー(20)は少なくとも1つのバネ素子(25)を備え、前記操作子(21)の下に前記バネ素子を装着することにより、前記操作子(21)は、少なくとも1つの機能位置から初期位置に自動復帰可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の手術装置。
