Claims (2)
- α−リポ酸とアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物を、α−リポ酸としての濃度が10重量%以下の水中で反応させて中和することを特徴とするα−リポ酸アルカリ塩の製法。
- α−リポ酸とアルカリ金属の水酸化物を、α−リポ酸としての濃度が10重量%以下の水中で反応させて中和し、その水溶液から噴霧乾燥法によって固体とすることを特徴とするα−リポ酸アルカリ塩の製法。
