Description
圧縮及び注入成形のいずれに対しても実施することができる本発明の開示の1つの態様による金型コアは、中空内部及び端壁を有する形成ピンを含む。通路は、好ましくは、中空チューブの形態であり、形成ピンの中空内部の中に延び、形成ピンの端壁から離間した位置で密封固定された端部を有する。ポペット弁が、形成ピンの端壁上に配置される。ポペット弁は、形成ピンと作動的に連結され、かつポペット弁を開いて金型コアからの成形物品の型抜きを助ける作動中に形成ピンの移動に応答する。好ましい実施形態では、スプール弁が、空気通路を通して加圧空気を給送し、ポペット弁を開く。ポペット弁は、形成ピンの端面の外端と通路の端部に隣接する内端とを有する弁要素を含む。バネが、好ましくは、弁要素を閉鎖位置に付勢する。バネは、好ましくは、弁要素と形成ピンの間に圧縮して捕捉されたコイルバネを含む。

Claims (5)
- ポケットの中に開いている冷却液給送及び戻り通路(108、110)を有する成形機械上のポケット(282)に受け取られるようになった金型空洞(280)であって、
ポケットに受け取られるようになった金型空洞座部(288)及び前記座部内の金型空洞インサート(286)、を含み、
前記座部及び前記インサートは、前記座部と前記インサートの間に第1の冷却液通路を形成する対向する表面を有し、
前記座部は、冷却液を成形機械から金型空洞を通して前記機械に戻すように循環させるために前記機械内の冷却液給送及び戻り通路への接続のための第2の冷却液通路(293、294、296)を有し、
前記座部における第2の冷却液通路は、前記座部(288)及びインサート(286)を含む金型空洞(280)が、機械ポケット内で選択的に回転されて支持体からの冷却液の循環に対して第1及び第2の通路を開閉するようになっているようなものである、ことを特徴とする金型空洞。 - 前記第1及び第2の通路が冷却液循環に対して開放しているか又は閉鎖しているかを示すために前記支持体上の印しに位置合せするための金型空洞上の印し(312)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型空洞。
- 前記冷却液流れ及び戻り通路(108、110)がカップ状ポケットの底面に対して開いている前記機械内のカップ状ポケット(282)内に受け取られるようになっており、 前記座部(288)は、前記機械内の前記開口部に前記第1及び第2の通路を接続するための開口部を備えた下面を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型空洞。
- プラスチック物品を圧縮成形するための機械であって、
軸線周りの回転のために装着されたホイール(22)と、
各々が第1の金型セグメント(54)及び第2の金型セグメント(56)を含む複数の角度的に離間した金型(52)と、を含み、
前記第2の金型セグメントの各々は、前記第1の金型セグメントとの閉鎖位置と、成形された物品を前記金型から除去し、かつ前記金型に金型注入物を入れるための関連の第1の金型セグメントから離間した開放位置との間で前記関連の第1の金型セグメントに対して移動可能であり、
前記金型セグメント(56)の一方は、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の金型空洞である、ことを特徴とする機械。 - 前記第1及び第2の通路が冷却液循環に対して開放又は閉鎖しているかを示すために前記ホイール上の印しに位置合せするための前記空洞上の印し(312)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機械。
