Description
Claims (14)
- 2線プロセス制御ループにループ電流を印加するように構成されたループ電流出力回路と、
前記印加されたループ電流の誤差を検出するために前記2線プロセス制御ループに結合されたループ電流検査回路とを具備し、
前記ループ電流検査回路は、前記2線プロセス制御ループに直列結合された抵抗器と、該抵抗器の両端間の電圧降下の信号レベルに基づいて、前記印加されたループ電流の誤差を検出する誤差検出手段とを含むことを特徴とするプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。 - 前記誤差検出手段は、前記電圧降下の信号レベルが所定の誤差レベルを超えるかどうかを検出するように構成された比較器を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 前記誤差検出手段は、前記電圧降下の信号レベルを測定するように構成されたアナログ−デジタル変換器を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 前記比較器が、前記電圧降下の信号レベルを前記所定の誤差レベルと比較し、前記比較に関連する出力を提供する請求項2に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 前記測定された信号レベルは、閾値と比較される請求項4に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 前記ループ電流の誤差に相当するドリフト出力を較正するための較正装置をさらに具備した請求項1に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 前記ループ電流の誤差に相当するドリフト出力を前記2線プロセス制御ループ上に出力する出力部をさらに具備した請求項6に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 視覚表示出力部、デジタル表示出力部または無線表示出力部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 前記ループ電流が、前記検出された誤差に応答して補償される請求項1に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流検査装置。
- 2線プロセス制御ループ内のループ電流を検査する方法であって、
プロセス変数を関知し、
前記2線プロセス制御ループ内のループ電流を前記プロセス変数の関数として調整し、
前記2線プロセス制御ループ内のループ電流の誤差を、前記2線プロセス制御ループに直列結合された抵抗の両端間の電圧降下を検知することにより、検査することを含むプロセス制御ループ電流の検査方法。 - 前記抵抗の両端間の電圧降下の信号レベルが、所定の誤差レベルを超えるかどうかを検出することにより、前記検査をする請求項10に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流の検査方法。
- 前記抵抗の両端間の電圧降下の信号レベルをデジタル化することを含む、請求項10に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流の検査方法。
- 前記検査が、前記電圧降下の信号レベルを前記所定の誤差レベルと比較し、前記比較に関連する出力を提供することを含む請求項11に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流の検査方法。
- 前記検査をするステップが、マイクロプロセッサ内で少なくとも部分的に実施されることを含む請求項10に記載のプロセス制御ループ電流の検査方法。
