Claims (22)
- 2線プロセス制御ループに出力電流を印加するように構成されたループ電流出力回路と、
前記印加された出力電流の誤差を検出するために前記2線プロセス制御ループに結合されたループ電流検査回路とを含み、前記ループ電流検査回路の少なくとも一部分が、前記ループ電流出力回路から独立している、プロセス装置。 - 前記ループ電流検査回路が、前記2線プロセス制御ループに直列結合された抵抗器を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路が、信号レベルを比較しかつ前記2線プロセス制御ループ内の電流に関連する出力を提供するように構成された比較器を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路が、前記2線プロセス制御ループを流れる電流に関連する信号レベルを測定するように構成されたアナログ−デジタル変換器を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- プラス端子、マイナス端子および共通帰線と、
前記ループ電流を前記共通帰線から前記マイナス端子まで流す感知抵抗と、
前記マイナス端子および増幅出力に結合された信号帰線を有する増幅器とを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ループ電流検査回路が、測定されたループ電流値を期待ループ電流値と比較し、前記比較に関連する出力を提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路に応答するローカル出力を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路が、測定値を閾値と比較する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路が、前記ループ電流出力回路の較正を作動させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路からの出力部を、検出された誤差を示す前記2線プロセス制御ループ上に配置するように構成された出力部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 視覚表示出力部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- デジタル表示出力部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 無線表示出力部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流出力が、前記検出された誤差に応答して補償される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流検査回路が、独立基準の値を測定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- プロセス装置において2線プロセス制御ループ内のループ電流を検査する方法であって、
プロセス変数を感知すること、
前記2線プロセス制御ループ内のループ電流を前記プロセス変数の関数として調整すること、および
前記2線プロセス制御ループ内の前記ループ電流を設定するために使用される電気部品から独立している少なくとも1つの電気部品を使用して、前記2線プロセス制御ループ内の前記電流の値を検査することを含む方法。 - 前記電流の前記値を検査することが、前記2線プロセス制御ループに直列結合された抵抗の両端間の電圧降下を検知することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記電流の値が、信号レベルを比較すること、および前記2線プロセス制御ループ内の電流に関連する出力を提供することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記2線プロセス制御ループを流れる電流に関連する信号レベルをデジタル化することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ループ電流を検査することが、感知されたループ電流値を期待ループ電流値と比較すること、および前記比較に関連する出力を提供することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記検査ステップが、マイクロプロセッサ内で少なくとも部分的に実施される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 共通帰線からマイナス端子までの前記ループ電流を感知すること、ならびに前記マイナス端子および増幅出力に結合された信号帰線を提供することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
