Abstract
Description
別の構成例では、ユーザが手動でループ電流を変更するためのテストシーケンスを開始するオフラインモードで次の多項式を得ることができる。このようなアプローチは、トラブルシューティングや機器の検証に使用できる。
Claims (24)
- 産業プロセスで使用する2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタであって、
産業プロセスにおけるプロセス流体のプロセス変数を検知するように構成されたプロセス変数センサと、
検知されたプロセス変数に関連する出力を2線式プロセス制御ループ上に供給するように構成された出力回路と、
前記2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタと2線式プロセス制御ループとの電気的接続の間で計測された電圧を含む前記プロセス変数トランスミッタの端子電圧に関連する電圧を測定するように構成された端子電圧測定回路と、
決定されたループ電流および測定された端子電圧に基づいて2線式プロセス制御ループ上でループ診断を実行するように構成されたマイクロプロセッサとを含み、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタの通常動作中にループ電流と端子電圧とを関係付ける多項式の係数を決定し、当該多項式の係数に基づいて後続の診断を実行する2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。 - 前記診断は、前記2線プロセス制御ループの抵抗の判断を含む請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記診断は、2線プロセス制御ループの電源の電圧の判断を含む請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 温度センサを含み、前記診断が検知された温度に基づいて補償される請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記ループ電流および端子電圧の測定が同期して行われる請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサがさらに、診断を実行する際に使用する複数の多項式の係数を追加で決定する請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 多項式の係数を決定するために端子電圧の少なくとも2つの測定値が得られる請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 端子電圧がループ電流の所定の範囲にわたって測定され、多項式の係数は、ループ電流の範囲がループ電流の全範囲の所定のパーセンテージを超えたときに決定される請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記パーセンテージが少なくとも約15%である請求項8に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記ループ電流の範囲が、少なくとも約3.6mAと6mAとの間である請求項8に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、多項式の係数に基づいてプロセス制御ループの変動を検知する請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、ループ電流と端子電圧との関係の変化に応答して多項式の新しい係数を生成する請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタの起動時に多項式の係数が決定される請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記多項式が次式で表される請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
Vterminal voltage = Vpower supply - Iloop current × Rloop. - 診断を実行するために使用されるループ電流値は、検出されたプロセス変数の値に基づいてマイクロプロセッサが決定する請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 前記2線式プロセス制御ループを流れるループ電流を測定するように構成されたループ電流測定回路を含む請求項1に記載の2線式プロセス変数トランスミッタ。
- 産業プロセスの2線式プロセス可変トランスミッタにおいて診断を実行する方法であって、
産業プロセスにおけるプロセス流体のプロセス変数を検知するステップと、
検知されたプロセス変数に関連する出力を2線式プロセス制御ループ上に供給するステップと、
2線式プロセス制御ループを流れるループ電流を判断するステップと、
2線プロセス制御ループに結合するように構成されて端子間の端子電圧を測定するように構成された端子電圧測定回路を前記2線プロセス可変トランスミッタの端子に結合するステップと、
前記判断されたループ電流を前記測定された端子電圧に関連付ける多項式の係数を前記2線式プロセス制御ループの通常動作中に決定するステップと、
決定された係数に基づいて2線式プロセス制御ループに関する診断を実行するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記診断を実行するステップが、前記2線プロセス制御ループの抵抗を判断するステップを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断を実行するステップが、前記2線プロセス制御ループの電源電圧を判断するステップを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断を実行するステップが、予備診断チェックを実行するステップを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断を実行する際に使用する複数の多項式の係数を追加で決定することを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記端子電圧がループ電流の所定の範囲にわたって測定され、多項式の係数は、監視されたループ電流の範囲がループ電流の全範囲の所定のパーセンテージを超えたときに決定される請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記多項式の係数に基づいて前記プロセス制御ループ内の変動を検出するステップを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記多項式の係数が、2線式プロセス可変トランスミッタの起動時に決定される請求項17に記載の方法。
