Claims (4)
- 炭化水素系燃料を改質して水素−リッチ(rich)な改質ガスを生成する本改質部(Primary-reformer)と、
前記改質ガスから硫黄成分を除去する脱硫部と、
前記硫黄が除去された改質ガスに含有されたC2〜C5の低炭化水素化合物を選択的に分解して、水素及びメタンに転換する後改質部(post-reformer)と、から構成されており、
前記本改質部、脱硫部及び後改質部は、単一な反応器内に備えられ、流体移動経路を除いては、内部隔壁で互いに分離されており、
前記反応器の中心部に前記本改質部が備えられており、
前記本改質部の外側に前記後改質部及び前記脱硫部が順に同心構造として備えられていることを特徴とする、固体酸化物燃料電池の燃料改質用統合反応器。 - 前記本改質部上部に外部流体流入口が備えられており、
前記本改質部の下部が前記脱硫部の下部と連結されて、
前記脱硫部の上部が前記後改質部の上部と連結されて、
前記後改質部の下部は、内部隔壁で塞がっており、
前記後改質部の下部に内部流体排出口が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池の燃料改質用統合反応器。 - 前記反応器は、円筒形または多面体形であり、
前記反応器の水平断面上、前記本改質部は、円形、楕円形または多角形の形状を有しており、
前記後改質部及び前記脱硫部は、それぞれ互いに独立的にリング状、楕円リング状または多角帯状の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池の燃料改質用統合反応器。 - 前記本改質部及び前記脱硫部の改質反応熱及び脱硫反応熱により前記後改質部が加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池の燃料改質用統合反応器。
