Claims (3)
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を、1種類以上の無機酸系浴又は有機酸系浴の、1つ又は2つ以上の組み合わせ浴にて、1回以上の陽極酸化処理を行い、印加電圧を交流で12V以上とした電解洗浄法による洗浄後に、乾式又は湿式による遠赤外線照射と常温、沸騰水もしくは蒸気による封孔の1つ以上と組み合わせた後処理を施すことを特徴とし、陽極酸化皮膜から溶媒への不純物溶出量が、JIS−K2234に定められた金属腐食性試験装置を用い、純水500mlを含むガラス製密閉容器中に、面積18cm2のアルミニウム材料試料を入れ、60℃に加熱し、蒸発蒸気は冷却されリフラックスしている状態で360時間連続加熱運転後において溶媒である水について測定した電気伝導度で5μS/cm/18cm2以下であり、耐食性が塩水噴霧試験360時間でR.N.9.5以上を有する陽極酸化皮膜を有するアルミニウム材料の製造法。
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を、1種類以上の無機酸系浴又は有機酸系浴の、1つ又は2つ以上の組み合わせ浴にて、1回以上の陽極酸化処理を行い、印加電圧を交流で12V以上とした電解洗浄法と超音波法による洗浄後に、乾式又は湿式による遠赤外線照射と常温、沸騰水もしくは蒸気による封孔の1つ以上と組み合わせた後処理を施すことを特徴とし、陽極酸化皮膜から溶媒への不純物溶出量が、JIS−K2234に定められた金属腐食性試験装置を用い、純水500mlを含むガラス製密閉容器中に、面積18cm2のアルミニウム材料試料を入れ、60℃に加熱し、蒸発蒸気は冷却されリフラックスしている状態で360時間連続加熱運転後において溶媒である水について測定した電気伝導度で5μS/cm/18cm2以下であり、耐食性が塩水噴霧試験360時間でR.N.9.5以上を有する陽極酸化皮膜を有するアルミニウム材料の製造法。
- 陽極酸化処理が直流法又はパルス法で皮膜を形成し、電解洗浄法を逆電法と交流法を組み合わせた2段階以上の複数電解洗浄法で行なうことを特徴とする請求項1または2のアルミニウム材料の製造法。
