Description
a)異なる色を混ぜたり透明な物質や充填剤入りの材料を両方用いることにより、適切な構造を有する第1シートを製造するステップと、
b)少なくとも10重量%のフレークがR>30のサイズ比(長さ/厚さ)を有するフレークとなるように前記シートを切断するステップと、
c)こうして得られたフレークを中間的に保管することなく、ダブルベルトプレスの下方ベルト上に撒くステップと、
d)前記フレークを表面カバーとなるように、前記ダブルベルトプレスを使用してプレスするステップとを備えた、均質タイプの表面カバーを製造するための新規でかつ改良された方法を提案するものである。
尚、本明細書において、「%」は、特記しない限り、「重量%」を意味するものとする。
b1)R>30のサイズ比を有する10〜90%のフレークおよび
b2)20未満、好ましくは10未満、最も好ましくは2〜5の間のサイズ比Rを有する、90〜10%のフレークに切断する場合、構造上のよりひろいバリエーションが得られる。

Claims (17)
- a)適当な構造を有する第1シートを製造するステップと、
b)前記シートをフレークとなるように切断するステップと、
c)こうして得られたフレークを中間的に保管することなく、ダブルベルトプレスの下方ベルト上に撒くステップと、
d)前記フレークを表面カバーとなるように、前記ダブルベルトプレスを使用してプレスするステップとを備えた、均質タイプの表面カバーを製造するための方法において、
少なくとも10重量%のフレークがR>30のサイズ比(長さ/厚さ)を有することを特徴とする、均質タイプの表面カバーを製造する方法。 - 前記ステップb)における前記シートを、
b1)R>30のサイズ比を有する10〜90重量%のフレークおよび
b2)20未満のサイズ比Rを有する、90〜10重量%のフレークに切断する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記フレークを前記表面に撒いた後に、1.5mm未満の直径を有するフレークまたはパウダーを添加する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 1.5mm未満の直径を有するフレークを、表面に撒かれた前記フレーク当り少なくとも5重量%添加する、請求項3記載の方法。
- サンディングまたはスライシングにより前記表面カバーから0.1mm〜0.4mmの層を取り除く、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記フレークは、PVC、PE、PP、アイオノマーまたはゴムを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 従来の方法で前記表面カバーを仕上げるステップを更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げステップは、PU−分散液、PU溶液、二成分PU、PUアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリエステルアクリレート、ポリエーテルアクリレート、シリコーンアクリレートまたはこれらの混合物を含むトップコーティングを塗布することを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記トップコーティングは、ポリウレタンを含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記トップコーティングは、0.5μm〜100μmの厚みを有する請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られる表面カバーであって、R>30のサイズ比を有する少なくとも10重量%のフレークを含む均質な表面カバー。
- R>30のサイズ比を有する10〜90重量%のフレークおよび20未満のサイズ比Rを有する、90〜10重量%のフレークを含む請求項11記載の表面カバー。
- 前記フレークは、PVC、PE、PP、アイオノマーまたはゴムを含む、請求項11または12記載の表面カバー。
- PU−分散液、PU溶液、二成分PU、PUアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリエステルアクリレート、ポリエーテルアクリレート、シリコーンアクリレートまたはこれらの混合物を含むトップコーティングを更に含む、請求項11〜13の何れかに記載の表面カバー。
- 前記トップコーティングは、ポリウレタンを含む請求項14記載の表面カバー。
- 前記トップコーティングは、0.5μm〜100μmの厚みを有する請求項14または15記載の表面カバー。
- 請求項1〜10記載の何れかの方法によって得られた請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の均質な表面カバー。
